i ordered food online to pick up and was told my order “didn’t go through” and that the charge would drop off of my card. the charge DID post on my card and i had to spend 30 mins on the phone with chick fil a (who didn’t help!) and my credit company to get the charge disputed. thanks for nothing!

Check your order before you go too far away, when going through the drive-thru. We ordered extra pickles for chicken sandwich & got no pickles on it.

Every time we go here there is something wrong with the order, the food is cold or missing. Today it was both. We don't go to the Lawrence location for this very reason but we figured it's been awhile so let's give it another try. Nope. Gross cold food and once again we apparently donated money to Chick-fil-A because items were yet again missing. If you go to the KC metro locations you will never have an issue. Lawrence location obviously has the worst employees, worst management, and the worse franchise owner in the KC metro. Fooled us once again. Won't fool us again.

WORST CFA I’ve ever been to.Every experience I’ve had here is bad, but today was the last straw. Ordered a meal, large fry, and Mac and cheese. Didn’t receive the fry that comes with the meal. The bun on my sandwich was so dry that it was cracking. Fries were cold. And to top it off, my fountain drink was completely flat. Service was bad, especially considering it’s a CFA. Will never return. Do better, Chick Fil A.

This is an extremely busy Chick-Fil-A on a Saturday. With that in mind, service was great, and so was the food. The only thing that needs help is cleaning up the dining room tables quickly because finding a clean one proved difficult. But we managed by going to the bathroom and getting a couple of wet paper towels and cleaning the table off. When I say they were extremely busy, it really was!Kid-friendliness: Have the enclosed play place for kids to run some energy off.
Staff was awesome food was fresh keep it up. Overall 4.9 stars I gave three stars for “atmosphere” because there was really nothing special about it. Yet it was a clean space and the staff seemed really happy.Good job??⭐️?⭐️?
First time I have visited this place as a food delivery service. It was a very different experience from being an actual customer. They only had 1 cashier and about 4 drive thru people. I guess he was one of the managers who finally came out to help the 6 couriers patiently waiting.

Forgot one of my sandwiches after wing on hold for 15 minutes with customer service they are going to give me a coupon in a few days to get a free sandwich. Meanwhile tonight I will have to either find something else to eat or pay for another sandwich from another restaurant. Not being able to call the store direct is a joke and them not offering to refund my money is a joke.

My only complaint is that they put everything you order in 1 sack so if you have to take it across town, its cold when you get there because you can't close the bag and try to keep it warm. I've even offered to pay for another sack.
