I probably wont be back to this chipotle. I ordered online the first time and one of the guys was super rude to everyone and acted like he didnt want to work there. Second time i ordered a burrito to go and the brown rice was hard in some spots. Like how do you not cook or ruin brown rice??? Parking is also sometimes difficult at this location.

Hands down the worst chipotle to go to in Kansas! It tastes very good but the portions are ridiculously small, I’m tired of them barely giving me rice or chicken. I understand they’re very busy at night, but that’s not an excuse to give me less than what other chipotles give.

When I opened my bag the first thing I noticed was an empty drink cup sitting in the bag.. so didn't get my drink. I had two orders of chips and salsa, I only got one of them and chips tasted old and stale. The rest of my food was cold and made incorrectly. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I will just have to order from the location downtown. I won't be ordering from this location again.

Chipotle is peak food, only other competitor would be Qdoba.???
It was around 730pm on Thursday this week and when I went threw the line putting my requests in first off the lady that greets you states that they were out of all guacamole of any kind and hot sauce. Now I dont know about anybody else but that is one of the main reasons I choose not to cook at home because I don't have to make the guacamole right? Then from that point on it just felt like we were being rushed threw the line. Not a normal for chipotle. And out of guacamole and hot sauce on a Thursday night in Lawrence KS?Not sure what was the deal but I will still choose chipotle I just hope it was just a bad night. Still love you chipotle!!Parking: I wish there was an exit separate from the entrance instead of that blocked in parking square that is at the front of chipotle. I have seen alot of near bumper derbies start in that little lot and always pray everyone is paying attention when backing out to leave.

I have literally never left a review in my life. Considering when you call to place a complaint or a concern you get a robot that wants to take your order. I called because I found a decent sized chicken bone in my burrito. I was calling to inform them of this. That is extremely dangerous for someone to eat. They were out of sour cream but that isn't really a big deal compared to a bone in your food. Chew carefully I guess.

Super inconsistent just like all chipotle. The worker I just had needs to be fired for the amount of ingredients I got in my burrito. Completely criminal and ruined my evening.

The food is always decent but the atmosphere is starting to get an out of date look (plywood everywhere) and LOUD pulsing music that makes you feel like your at a dance club. Too distracting to have a conversation with people. Turn the music down or get some better accustics.
