The staff did not fulfill our reasonable request to cut two burritos in half when ordering ~$60 worth of food (staff member was willing to do it but rude neo-pagan woman with cow-style nose piercing prevented him from helping us out). They closed the dine in area >1 hr before advertised closing and did not even offer an apology when they told us we could not eat there. The neo-pagan woman with the nose piercing was borderline rude. Rice poorly cooked. Never coming back again!...Addendum: We got sick after leaving the above review, clearly a product of the garbage served at this location. Had to edit and change our rating for the food from 3 to 1 star. If I could leave negative 5 stars or ten black holes, I would . $60 bucks literally down the toilet. Stay away from this place!

I was there this afternoon. The worker messed up on my food as she was making it. She had to remake it. She had an attitude and started being passive aggressive. She threw my food in the bowl. I asked for a side of salas, she threw the salas at the cashier. I reported it to the manager and he first blamed it on me. Then said she was having a bad day. Unprofessional.

The 6th street location has always treated me well. The service is friendly and fast. Even when they're super busy, the line moves quickly. It's well kept, clean. Food is always fresh. Big fan of their grilled chicken, and salsas, especially the hot one!! The chips and guacamole are pretty great too.Parking: This location is within a strip mall, the parking lot is very huge.

I ate here the day before xmas eve and now all day long on xmas eve I have food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate there, possibly the new special carne asada. As I have ate here plenty of times but the first for that, and now I have food poisoning from there…
Service here sucks. Placed a pick up order 4 hours in advance. Showed up and it wasn't ready. Another customer came in shortly after and had taken my order. Not their fault. According to the cashier all the pickup orders were mislabeled. They remade the order. And the manager was very dismissive. Guy with black and gray short hair. Don't go to this store unless you want your order lost.
