My shrimp platter was cold and I ordered a malt and instead got a shake (no malt flavor). The staff gave me my food and shake and then shut the drive thru window before I could say anything. Cheese curds were cold so the cheese inside wasn't gooey and it just tasted old. The butter packets they gave me had holes in them and leaked in the bag. Only thing good was the mashed potatoes and gravy
Not very happy as a mouse runs along the booth seat where I am seated. Will not be back!! Told employees, they said they would have to check on it. This was in the main dining area! I will warn everyone I can.

The food is excellent. The staff are very friendly, courteous and efficient. The atmosphere is pleasant, although somewhat noisy at times, depending on the clientele. An excellent place to dine.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking at the north side of the building and the entrance is located on the west side.
