My online order was not ready and I had a long wait. The store was very crowded but there were around 8 crew members so they should have been much more organized. It was chaos. The staff couldn’t seem to tell which orders needed to be made and it what order. I stood and watched and eavesdropped while the staff worked. They were not working as a team and there was no organization. Only one person was wearing food service gloves and I watched two workers constantly touching and scratching their faces while making food. Customers were so frustrated. I finally got my blizzards and they were the consistency of milk shakes. One of them was overflowing onto my hand when I picked it up. Horrible experience.

Order anything on menu that’s out of date like a combo for 8.99. But it’s 9.58 plus tax at window. Meat cold and old. Sodas are watered down or old can’t get explainable answer why the upcharge except out of date. If price posted not honored and owner takes no responsibility then will always cheat people with ignorant
