The Dominos prep & "quality check" folks need to be detail oriented & read orders correctly. We always order the same pizza: "MEDIUM (12") HAND TOSSED MEATZZA Whole: Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Bacon, Mushrooms, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce." But 4 out of 5 times, they send a pizza with just the bacon & mushrooms instead of a Meatzza with the extra stuff added (see photo). We have to call & report it to the manager, then wait for the correct pizza to be delivered 30-60 minutes later. I wish my family didn't like their pizza so much, or we'd order elsewhere.

Domino's in my opinion has some of the Best Pizza around! Especially their deep dish, if you have never tried it you should give it a whirl!They have a few different sauces to choose from other than the typical pizza sauce, my favorite being creamy garlic Parmesan.The cheese bread far outweighs any other cheese sticks or bread I have tried elsewhere.The staff is friendly and the pizza is usually done in a reasonable amount of time.They always correct their mistakes should they happen to make one, now this one here on 23rd I haven't ever had a mistake happen to date, however out of state yes but happily it was taken care of.

Placed an order online 2 hours in advance, arrived to the store at my pick up time and they hadn’t even started my order. I waited for 15 minutes and they still hadn’t started my order- ended up cancelling as I didn’t have 1 hour to wait for a pizza.

I have never had an experience with any manager like Justin. I was so calm and humble to these him throughout this entire experience... even up to the very end. He accused me of stealing when I asked for a remake on a terrible pizza. He then slammed two pizzas in my face once I arrived for the pickup (I ordered one), and projected his anger into me for 2 minutes straight. I have a video of the entire encounter from me being OUTSIDE of the store all the way to me WALKING out just to prove I hadn't said a single rude thing to him. I filed a report with corporate, and am in contact with them now. Submitted the video via direct email, ect. I can't imagine allowing anyone like that to represent my brand. Terrible hygiene, the man looked like he hasn't showered in days, and just full of anger and hate. I'm sorry for whatever that man have been through... but please don't make me pay for your bad night :(, I just wanted some pizza.
