Very busy on Sunday mornings! Just got a hot decaf latte with an extra shot of decaf, which was decent. It was very loud inside and hard for me to hear the workers. The parking lot exit is broken up and very rough, so drive slowly!

Hello! I was debating on if I should make a review because at the store it appeared that I was provided a refund for my order, but after checking my bank account I never got it. Customer service is the reason this review is getting the second star, because it was the initial people I interacted with that were decent. It was the so called manager or person they consulted about things that provided the horrible customer service. We did not get what we ordered, we ordered two special ordered caramel frozen coffees and they forgot one when I went to the window, which I had tonoay for, which was fine. But they had to remake the one they gave because it was not made right.When I got the second one it also was not made correctly so I attempted to go in but the door was locked. When they finally unlocked the door I went inside to request a refund for the second one and they told me they needed to get a manager to help me. BEFORE the manager came out, I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING ABOUT ME saying, "If she doesn't like it thats not our fault. Is this the same one we gave the remake to?" When they made the drink incorrectly in the first place. Then they proceeded to tell me they could not give me a refund partially because they already remade the first order and that I should have let them know earlier because 30MINUTES had passed since they made my order, where I explained to them step by step what happened and that I did not want this coffee and that it was not my fault the door was locked. He printed a receipt finally and told me to have a nice day and sorry for the inconvenience. Which would have been the end of it, but the money was not refunded back into my account.I will never go to this dunkin again. The people in this building do not know how to make the drinks. Their customer service is horrible, and there is always a wait. My business has officially been lost.

Do not pay for extra espresso shots. You WONT get them. Messed up my Latte last 3 times. I will never go back.23rd Street location is so much better.

The charge for EVERYTHING that other Dunkins don't and I think it's ridiculous. Less ice is .30 and the I always order 5 sugar 5 Carmel and extra creamer and the charge for the Carmel. I ordered a large so it shouldn't matter. If I can help it won't be going back to this Dunkin

If you are out of something, you have to tell the customer. You can’t just ring them up for it and then hand them a completely different (cheaper) drink and still charge them for what they ordered. I would have ordered something different. And then she tore off part of my receipt so I wouldn’t see it.

Avoid this place in the morning - their AM shift is garbage. If you want indignant teens getting your breakfast order wrong this is the place for you!

Nothing like grabbing an iced latte to put a little pep in your step... Only to leave Dunkins with caramel milk. Seriously, this latte is one shade darker than milk, and that is being generous. Dunkin has the potential to be good, but they so rarely are. I am gonna toss this useless milk in the trash, and set a reminder to avoid Dunkins at all costs.

No butter. Never has butter. What butter they do have are little packets that are frozen and can't be spread.

I went through yesterday evening around 6pm and ask for a raspberry refresher the young lady at the window really needs to work on her customer service she barely said two words. When I went to pay she literally just stood there and look at me like well. And when taken order it was just dunkin donuts. My opinion I you hate your job that much find another . Don't give bad customer service because your miserable.

Slow service. They had about 5 people that I could see thru the window. My order was set on the counter but instead of handing to me the person took an order. Eventually they handed it to me. Hand order to customer so they can go on their way and get one more car to pull forward. Very typical of many places today.

Not the best location, but the food and the service was amazing!I chose the avocado toast and a iced chai latte! Yum ? My family enjoyed their meal too ❤️Definitely will stop in sometime in the future!

Not great! My husband was asked to pick up “old fashions” and the employee told him that both of the donuts pictured were them. (Raised and glazed and blueberry cake) Sadly, they weren’t even good. They were stale on a Sunday morning at 8.Untrained employees and a bad product.
