This was a unique experience! It was a terrific way to spend the morning. The cafe is separated from the area for the cats, and seating is around it to allow you to watch them. An adoption took place while we were there, and an inspector came in for a check, so we were able to see how those things happen; I was impressed with the owner and her interactions. The cafe supports the local humane society and works to find cats permanent homes.

A great, intimate cafe with plenty of seating and the ability to watch the kitties or play with them. The cats are in a separated space and all but one is available for adoption. Syd is the Cafe cat. The day we went to the cafe, we were told they have helped adopt out 110 cats. A fun place to visit and get some drinks and relax with cats.

I absolutely love this place. The drinks (a typical range of coffee, tea and the like) are tasty and the staff super friendly. But of course the main draws are the cats. Book ahead to spend time in the cats' room, hanging out and getting to know the cafe's resident feline and guests from the Lawrence Humane Society. One of the cats we were petting and playing with got adopted while we were there, and I think two more were finding a new home as we were leaving. I honestly don't know when I've left a cafe in such a radically improved mood. If the concept appeals to you at all, then put this on your must do list.

Drinks are fine, but the place is new; staff will get better at making the drinks as time goes on. The real draw, of course, is the cats, and the staff do a great job of introducing and advising patrons on who they are and their personalities. A great place providing a great service that will only get better as it continues. (P.S., somebody go adopt Paramore, she is beautiful and sweet and clearly does not like being in the cafe with the other cats!)

The drinks here are phenomenal, most cat cafes I’ve been to are pretty well packed or simple beverages but this place could easily just be a cafe. The cats slept the whole time we were there so I’d recommend maybe not going around midday as cats tend to nap midday but I didn’t think about that when booking our time slot. If we come back I’d honestly be content to sit at the window with a drink and just watch, the cat room is a little tight.

Every treat is made from scratch with love! Brittanie is one of the owners and she is a joy. I am so thrilled to have a cat cafe near by with the concept to view the cats as you sip your favorite drink and/or the option to go into their personal space to play/pet them is a win-win! The space is so modern and comfortable it was easy for hours to pass by that felt like minutes. I had the pleasure of enjoying the lavender lemonade and a blueberry kolache. I will have to come back to try the blackberry ginger sparkler.

Mary was kind and informative and obviously cares about the cats. Josh (skittles) was awesome. They talked with my preteen and figured out exactly how to make what they wanted, worked with me to make something fit my need to be dairy free. Very much appreciated.
