We got food last night at around 2am, we get home and eat, my gf is now vomiting from the food and I felt like I was gonna (we got food poisoning from there, I only took a bite of her sandwich so I didn’t feel as bad as her. I got a Philly cheesesteak and she got the fat cow sandwich and we’re a certain that the pork in it was not cooked to correct temp.) We won’t be eating here again.

While I gave this establishment a 5 star rating I do need to mention one thing… the manager is a sweetheart and he really cares about his employees and their interests. I would go to fat shack exclusively is my health didn’t deny me that option. Fat Shack is like if McDonalds and Gordon Ramsay did a collaboration. I can’t speak to the merit of the employees enough, top notch staff, great chocolate shakes with Oreos mixed in.

Food has been great every time. Never had an issue with the food quality. Their staff were very helpful when a driver from a delivery company took almost 2 hours to pick up the food and I couldn’t cancel the order (lookin at YOU, EatStreet). Thankfully, my order was hot and delicious when I got it. Their prices are fair, for what they offer. Definitely will do business again.

First time I went to Fat Shack was in Colorado! Loved this place ! This was before Shark tank got their hands in it. Let me tell you what a difference between before and after. Don't get me wrong food was ok but not the best like before. I understand this location is not Colorado but when I visit a franchise in a different state I expect the same feeling I got from the other restaurant. I see shark tank has talked you into making sandwich smaller, I get it smaller portions bigger margin. I also understand that cost of food is just stupid with it's prices but do not mess with the portion size to make money to pay back your investors. Your investors will always have money coming in their pockets because that's what they do but Fat Shack you will not always have loyal and new customer that keep coming back. You have lost the reason why you opened your first shop and I hope you find it ! We got four medium drinks , four sandwiches, four sides and it came you to 96 dollars. They did mess up my order but they made it right that's not even my concern. I am upset about the price yes , but what I am really really upset about is the quality and size of my food! Again I love"ed" this place but something has been lost between the price. Please find it again! I wish you luck but don't forget about the people that were there before Shark tank . You're dime a dozen to shark tank but not to us.
