For the price the charge at this place these workers need to do much better. Clearly no trained at all!!!. I got 2 sandwiches to go and when I got home one of them was missing half of my ingredients . No onions,no peppers, etc! CHECK YOUR ORDER ALWAYS.The cashier almost charged us the wrong amount as well. 2 just sandwiches almost $40???Seriously, I'll never go back to this place.I wish I can give you 0 stars!! Firehouse subs in Lawrence KS TERRIBLE!!

Love their meatball subs. This time i was lacking a meatball where there should have been one though... huge section of just saucy bread which is not good for a $10 sandwich.They're always nice and it's clean inside. However the intense colors - especially the dining tables- are like a flash bang for the eyes. I really hate those table tops. Gotta remember to bring Advil next time.

Stopped in to try the new meatball pepperoni sandwich on garlic bread. They put it on normal bread. The food took every bit of 20 min and there was one other person in the store. The soda fountain was super dirt. Probably wont be back.

Was going to leave a detailed message about the last 3 times I've been in, but after I have read the abundant amount of 1 star reviews about customer service issues I feel that would be redundant.
Please owner don't strive with this. Paid 11.99 for a steak philly and cheese. Cold and salty...Gotta be the worse ever! I should have brought it back!!

Food over priced specially since they cant get orders right, wife picked up a 4 sandwuch order 2 were conpletely wrong. Wldnt recommend gou g here we wont again

The owner came to our office for catering and did a fantastic job! She brought everything necessary to set up a buffet with sandwiches, chips, pickles, etc. Her attention to detail was appreciated, as she remembered napkins, plates, mustard and mayo. She was prompt with delivery. Thank you for making our staff meeting worry-free.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was just one of two people in the house and I had to wait for about twenty minutes for two sandwiches. There were at least 6 or 7 employees behind counter and they seemed more interested in filling a huge outside order. I was given no reason for the delay. Very poor customer service
