March 29 2024. If you got sick after eating here (Lawrence store on Kasold), please know that I saw the sandwich preparer wipe his nose with his gloved hand while preparing sandwiches. Gave a blank stare when I asked him to change gloves after explaining why. so I just left. I stopped in here because Subway was too dang slow. Goodcents is just as expensive as Subway and both push you for tips. At least Subway's employees are trained in good food prep hygiene. Wish we had better options for inexpensive, more healthful food that is quick to pick up. Miss the grocery store salad bars! Yuck yuck yuck. My first visit to this place and won't ever go back!

I agree that if you are wanting to use a coupon, don’t go here. I received a birthday coupon that did not state I needed to download the app to redeem it, but after my food was prepared and I presented the coupon they said they wouldn’t take it without me scanning it on the app. I showed them the email said nothing about an app but they just said “that’s how it is.” Since there was a line that I did not want to hold up, I paid for my meal, but this seems to be a tactic of this location. Very disappointed.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up. My order wasn't made correctly, they were out of items from my order and made their own substitutions. Not only did the staff take it upon themselves to make their own substitutions to my food outside of my online order, they did not feel it was appropriate to let me know that they had done so

Don't go to this restaurant if you're planning to use a coupon. We received a $5 coupon card for this establishment, which included two 99-cent kids' meal coupons. So, my wife and I decided to take our three kids to Goodcents to take advantage of this great coupon (who wouldn't in this economy?) We also had to purchase two adult meals with these coupons, worth about $20.The way we were looked at and treated for using the said coupon by their staff, mainly the lady manager at the register, was pretty sad and infuriating. They treated us as if we were third-class citizens using food stamps or something. When I didn't receive a cup for my 2-year-old's kids' meal, I politely asked if we could still have that. The lady running the register made a very rude and snide comment, essentially saying, "Were you not smart enough to ask for it at checkout." It was very unprofessional and unnecessary. We felt singled out in a long line of customers who seemed to be treated with respect and received supreme customer service directly after treating us the way they did.It's pretty sad that we will not be dining at this establishment anymore, as our kids absolutely love GoodCents and were confused last night as we left in not the greatest mood. In today's economy, where it's hard enough to make ends meet, the last thing we needed was to be treated like beggars when simply trying to use a coupon. I hope this helps save someone from similar embarrassment.

We love this place, it's the only place we go to get a sandwich.Just be aware, if you place an order at 5pm to pick up at 7pm, they will most likely make the order immediately and then put it in the fridge until you show up. That's what they did to us.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies, like 6 different types of cheese
Arrived to get a sandwich at 8:30pm. Time online say they close at 9:00pm. There is a sign on the door that say they close at 9:00pm.My services was refused and was told they close at 8:30pm despite all the signs and online stating they close at 9:00.False advertisement!!

The food was good and fresh, but the price of the meal was like sticker shock! It was too expensive for my tastes. They need to lower the cost of the meal. I paid $42.67, for sandwiches and cookies. Next time, if there is a next time, then my party should only get the 6 inch subs and no drinks.

The was one of the employees children running around in our personal space while we waited for someone to ask us for our order and their parents said nothing. We kept having to move out of the kids way or he was going to run into us. The staff acts like you're a huge inconvenience/ unwelcome. The food was fine.

Came for a pick up order for 4 at 8:45pm. Door says open until 9. Walked in, didn’t get 3 steps in the door and was told they were closed. No sorry, no thanks for coming. Just we are closed. Terrible service here more than once. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
