Wow! The interior of this place was so pink and cute! The worker at the front had the best energy and went out of their way to help me find something I'd like since they were out of brown sugar milk tea. This drink was great! I really enjoyed the popping boba and how smooth the milk tea was.

I've ordered a few different drinks here and they've all been incredibly delicious. So far the pineapple strawberry mango smoothie has been my favorite! I appreciate how orders can be customized, but more so the excellent customer service!

Boba tea is way too sweet, doesn't have any good flavour. I'd be willing to try it again if someone payed for it, other then that it's a no go. The atmosphere is fine, service is okay, it's just the drinks that really get this low of a review.

Update: 1/9/24. I got the Strawberry Milk Tea, my daughter got the Tiramisu Cocoa with regular boba and my husband got Peach Oolong tea with Mango popping boba. All are great and my daughter says the boba is good.I ordered the Oreo Cream Cocoa which is AMAZING. My daughter had a brown sugar something with boba. She has tried a ton of boba places and I’ve never seen her spit out boba like she did with this. She says they are hard and not great. Maybe just an off day for them, so we will have to try again.

Never got a chance to review Hi Tea. We been going here way back when it was at the old location. Old location was much smaller but more cozy and cute. Lots of stuff animals and cute decor. Only downsize was there are limited space within the store. The quality of the boba teas remain the same, delicious. Only sad part was there is no more peach sap to add to any teas. That was my all time favorite topping. The only boba shop in the USA that I been to that actually carry it. Sadly that's only in the past. New location is much roomier and more settings available. Also they updated their menu so some old items aren't available anymore. Overall, still come here when I'm in Lawrence, KS

Very delicious! We had the chewy boba with a milk tea and it was so good!! The staff was very nice and had quick service. They also had very good English and we could hear them perfectly.

We walked in as part of the Explore Lawrence 'Summer of Fun' Pass and everything was quite pleasant. We were greeted warmly and our drink was good. Not much more you can ask for when it comes to an afternoon treat!

Recently under new management, this store is much cleaner than it was before! The drinks are actually cold and taste much better. For a first-time try, go for the brown sugar drinks or the smoothies. For something adventurous, try the Love You So Matcha.
