Food is SO good. The inside has a fish tank so you know it's gas. Service is friendly too

I was very pleased with the paneer tikka masala -- it was spicier than I am used to for tikka masala and I enjoyed the flavor very much. Portion sizes are quite large, so I think you could get two meals out of a single order of curry. The aloo naan was great as well. Reasonable prices, cozy atmosphere, good food... I'm sure we will be back!

Upon entering, the server was very attentive and very nice. The ambience is very homey and welcoming. The bathroom have a interesting smell. Kinda smells like a sewage lol. I had the non vegetarian plater for my appetizer. It was all very fresh and u can tell. The sauces are very vibrant and tasty. The meat was very tender and flavorful. 10/10 higly reccomend!

By far the best Indian food in Lawrence. The servers are kind and gentle folks. The spices in the dishes are spot on. Affordable and quality beer options as well. They could use to upgrade their bathrooms, but other than that, perfection.

Awesome food. India Palace is a family run restaurant for the last 20+ years by Balar & his family who hail originallyfrom the Punjab region of India. The food reflects the Punjabi influences. The 1/2 size Palace Mixed Grill along with Palak Panner & Naan were tasty. Ngwang has been a mgr there for many many years & is a great server. He is friendly, courteous & treats everyone like family. ????????

Total waste of money and appetite. Ordered biryani and other stuff. Biryani was more like rice mixed with curry and vegetables. I threw the food in the trash. Being an Indian I can say those are not even close to any Indian cuisines. A disgrace of Indian foods. In my next 5 year of stay in Lawrence will never visit there even if it is the last place on earth to for dine in.
Tasted great! Then the food poisoning hit my wife and me a few hours later. NEVER AGAIN.

I’m a contractor whom India Palace called for some weekend work in their kitchen. I’m writing this review because one of the kitchen staff made me some hot milk tea for my apprentice and myself. If was delicious and much appreciated.I think the decor could be updated, but the food and service are excellent and good, respectively.

Excellent food in a friendly environment. It's been awhile since I had the lunch buffet, but the dinner menu is what you'd expect. They do a great job with chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. The appetizers are also great. Service is attentive without being intrusive. In Lawrence this is my go-to for Indian and one of my favorites overall.

Happened to be in Lawrence and stopped by. The korma and palak paneer were sooo good! Loved the flavors and when I asked for spicy, it was! Will make the drive from KC again, as I haven't found a place I like in the city yet. Really nice service as well.
