They attempted to use freaking Uber to "deliver" my order. Never was and phone number never picked up. Either hire enough workers to be full service until Midnight or stop being open until MIDNIGHT! making some rando deliver it for you is in bad taste. I will be doing a charge back.

Every time I order delivery, and it’s quite a bit, they always take well over an hour sometimes pushing into the 1.5 hour mark to deliver the food. Freaky fast…. ?

They’re suppose to be opened until midnight but they had the lobby locked at 10:32pm. There were two workers in there but locked the door early. Everyone should be fired here and replacedwith AI.

I always drive to Jimmy John’s I never deliver so I can’t speak for their deliveries, but love how fast the sandwiches get made, and they rarely ever get my order wrong.

I am beyond upset with the service everytime I visit this location, delivery or drive thru. I had gone through the drive thru and specified I would like my bread left in. I had ordered an 18 inch sandwich on my way out of town so when I opened the sandwich I was surprised to see no bread (90 % of the sandwich as I don't get any veggies). When I called they said they would have a credit on file. This weekend I had called to redeem that credit and was bitched out by the night staff on 10/27. They refused to give me any idea of who I had talked to and would not honor the credit. I called back on 10/29 and the lady who helped me was very nice and proceeded to honor my credit. I waited 45 minutes for this credited sandwich just for it to have no cheese. I am currently waiting for my replacement sandwich for my replacement sandwich but am unable to eat anything because I must return the no cheese sandwich. I do not understand how a sandwich can go out with no cheese. I was baffled by the behavior of the staff on 10/27, the delay in delivery on 10/29, and the lack of quality control on my sandwich. I would never recommend ordering delivery from this location, rather stand in front of them and hold their hand while they make your sandwich.

They messed up my sandwich and made me pay for a new one. They asked for my old sandwich back hut i already threw it away at home.
SO SLOW. It’s been an hour and a half and still don’t have any food. They never have any drivers. Very annoying.
