Quick service and tasty options!Vegetarian options: Not heavy on the veggies but several options are available.Parking: It is often difficult to find close parking at the Mass St store, so we opt for this one, which always has available parking.

Very mad about service! Stopped for 1 sandwiches for dinner 6:30 pm. Only customer there. Crew seemed very put out that I walked in. Made my order, and left. Drive 15 miles home to find out both sandwiches are wrong. Spent $26 dollars, tipped $5, if i would have known they wouldn't get order right I would have paid at all.

Came in around 530 pm to pick up two sandwiches. The bread on both was rock hard and stale. It really ruined the sammy. I wont be back ever

Kelly ,the general manager, was very helpful on a large catering order even thought I had to cancel. She was professional and prompt. Very good employee.

The club Lulu was delicious The reason I give this rating a four star is because when my food was delivered I was not given the right amount of change back.

So many whiny reviews for this location! The labor market is tight, life happens, and folks give this place no breaks. People: It’s a chain sandwich shop. They’re doing their best.And, hey: They always treat me well. I’ve ordered from this location dozens of times and have had ONE ISSUE. I emailed corporate about it, and the store manager replied herself, AND WITHIN 15 MINUTES. She offered a free sub to fix what really was a small issue.Lighten up, world. If your sub takes an hour, go eat a snack while you cry about it.

Was trying to give an order but the guy was put off on waiting for me and had no time for anyone! Not great customer service like it used to be - going to another JJs now!!! Btw: The place was empty and two others working. If he don't like his job go work somewhere else!

While COVID numbers are at their absolute lowest they are now refusing to serve w/o a mask at the register...But we can sit maskless at a table literally 3 feet away. Was a regular. Done with this location and their theater.
