While the floors and tables were really clean whoever cleans them does a really good job but the service was incredibly rude, they forgot my silverware twice, half the stuff they advertise isn’t available, the soda machine was down (i mean ALL the sodas did not work), they gave me someone else meal three times IN A ROW!!!!!!, and the food while use to taste amazing just now taste dry and bland basically just fried greese in the shape of chicken you can assure if i want food like this im going to either mcdonalds or chick-fil-A now cause at least they care about the customer

my chicken was very dried out and the 2 pieces together didn't equal even one piece of normal chicken. the mashed potatoes had sat with gravy on them way too long and had turned brown thru and tasted awful. the slaw was good and the biscuit was fresh. I won't be back.
the lady at the window was very pleasant.
Food very disappointing and not the first time, but will be the last. other places serve fresh food every time

100% WORST KFC I have ever been too. What kind of KFC has NO breasts...NO thighs...NO drumsticks..NO chicken sandwich ....etc at 630pm on a Thursday? The guy says "sorry....all we have is wings and nothing else". Pathetic...why bother being open?Why bother with all the specials on the board? Why bother with all the advertisements if YOU HAVE NONE OF IT?!?! Also...might wanna tell your staff we can smell them smoking weed out back... they're not fooling anybody. Hey.. here's a thought...... Maybe if you were MAKING CHICKEN instead of getting stoned you would have CHICKEN IN STOCK at a CHICKEN PLACE!

Honestly, one of the worst KFC's I think I have ever been to. The chicken appeared old and dried out. I tried one bite of an original recipe and just couldn't take another. The lobby was fairly tidy but the music was incredibly loud. I asked the fella with the teardrop tattoo under his left eye if it could be turned down. I guess going from 98 decibels to 93 decibels was "all they could do" . So glad there's a Popeyes in Lawrence as well.

Went to the drive through to purchase 2 piece breast meal. When I got home which I live 12 miles away from the restaurant drive through found that I got a chicken leg & a thigh with mashed potatoes & biscuit. I called to talk with the manager and whoever answered after I told them what I received. He hung up on me and tried 2 more times to call and now it just rings. Never will I go to that place again!

i’m genuinely concerned for this location of KFC. are y’all ok? i got a chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was dryer than the sahara desert and wasn’t even crispy. it was more the texture of a tyson chicken patty than fried chicken. the last time i got the sandwich was a year ago and it wasn’t like that. Get it together please. why are the fries always cold.

Decided to try KFC for the first time in years, I got there and sat at the speaker for a good 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order, after waiting I decided to drive up to the window, I was informed the fry cook wasn’t there and it would be a 25 minute wait. So I have to wait 25 minutes past the time y’all were suppose to be open? I don’t think so. It’s bad for business and y’all need to get it together because this is just raggedy!
