Ordered through the mobile app last night and when I gave my code through the speaker, I saw it on screen like normal but then it was erased and the cashier told me there was no order. So I talked to him and then the manager. They wouldn’t help me after I showed my order and that it was paid for, correct location. They did not refund me nor gave me any food.

I ordered mobile and added fries on to my order at the window that I didn’t receive, i realized when I got home and tried calling but no answer. I drove back and asked for the fries I didn’t receive and the man told me to pull through and get them, as soon as we get to the second window I show my mobile order and my receipt for the french fries and he immediately started accusing me of trying to steal from him and saying that his manager put them in the bag. I asked to speak with his manager because he had stood there arguing with us for 5 minutes. he REFUSED to let us talk to the manager and continued to say we were stealing and lying. I told him to let me speak with his manager to watch the camera and he stood there shaking his head and yelling at us. After no success of talking to the manager we asked what we were supposed to do since he wouldn’t give me a refund or my fries and he told us to come back in the morning so someone else can look at the cameras. We asked for his name and he said JB. Come next morning we come in and we ask another employee for the manager and it turns out he’s the manager that says he put my fries in the bag! the employee ended up giving me fries and apologized because he has been “tired”. i’ve never experienced something like this and apparently after talking to some people and showing them the recording of him yelling at me they’ve said he likes to try to argue with customers . I came back again and used my mcdonald’s rewards to get a free french fry with my app points since it was such a big deal and i was trying to steal from him for something i payed for and had a free item of. So unprofessional he probably wasn’t even sober with the way he was acting and obviously just didn’t want to take accountability for his mistake

Went through the drive thru so that's why no comment of stars on Atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and fast to get my order to me. I was making a few changes at the ordering station and the gentleman taking my order was very patient with me and kind.I found that an incentive to return to that McDonald's again!
Slowest in the country. I have never not been asked to pull around to wait. They always fill their fries half-way. It's almost theft.

My spicy chicken was literally burnt to a char. Had to eat around the burnt part cause I was really hungry and the rest of the sandwich was unedible. Probably the worst mcdonalds I've ever had.They didn't have the holiday pie I ordered. In fact none of the Mconalds in town seem to ever have what you can buy at almost every other mcdonalds anywhere else except in Lawrence.Fries were soggy and cold, honestly even the chocolate chip cookies were a miss. Seems the owners of all the Mcdonalds in Lawrence don't seem to care about quality control or maintaining the brand at all.

I went to this location on my way to the late night train. My train didn’t leave til midnight so I figured why not get a bite to eat before sitting for 5 hours. 11:08 is when I got there I don’t have a car so I approached the window and said I had a mobile order. If I had a car I would’ve gladly gone through. The employee that I talked to basically told me no and said she’d get her manager. JB said he’d let it time out and it’ll refund me (not the point I was hungry and wanted my food). Your managers should want to drive sales instead of pushing customers away. Most definitely won’t be back to this location ever again if I’m ever in Lawrence.
