I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the most ridiculous location I've ever been to. They are constantly getting orders wrong. So much so that DoorDash thinks we are scamming them. Or take today, they refused to make our order because someone else grabbed it apparently. Clearly the customer does not have the order in hand so you should make the order for the customer who actually paid for it, duh!

This McDonald's was one like no other, fastest I swear in history. Yes they were backed up and I had to pull forward to wait for my food to be ready but they had a guy that came out to deliver food and he was lighting fast and and was so polite. Start to finish maybe 5 minutes.

I eat at a lot of McDonalds. In Overland Park Kansas, in Louisburg Kansas, in Missouri, California etc. But THIS McDonalds has the BEST food and service of ALL of them!!! Now I love my main McDonalds in Overland Park. The staff there are wonderful and I love them. But, my GOSH the food at this McDonalds in Lawrence is AWESOME!!! And the staff?!? ALWAYS smiling and friendly, just plain HAPPY!! I don't know what you guys are doing but IM LOVIN IT!!!ALWAYS hot, fresh and the burgers juicy!!
