I love Panchos. Its so easy to grab something to eat even if its late at night before 2am. I love their Carne Asada Fries and also love their Horchata!
The people working inside don’t understand English.They are so rude in drive thru. Worst customer service. He said I don’t care after making a wrong order straight up to our face. Very bad. Extremely cheap behaviour. We didn’t get help with the wrong order. Never going to that place. There are many other places Mexican cuisines in Lawrence which are good.

I would give this place zero stars in all categories if possible. I ordered a simple order of chips and guac. I would've hoped if was a normal looking dish of guac with chips, but that wasn't what I received. Instead what I got was this watery paste of green sauce with cheese on top. The cheese was a huge surprise since there was no disclosure that there was going to be cheese on it. I am deathly allergic to cheese so when I went back to get the food swapped for something that I am able to eat, not only did they blame me for not knowing what all was on said food (despite there was nothing indicating what all it was) they refused to give me new food and we're incredibly rude to me during the entire transaction while I was trying to patiently trying to explain to the worker that I am allergic to the food I was given. I would not recommend anyone to order from this location and seeing as I am not the only one who has had a problem with this location, it seems like there is something not being ran right here.

I used to love grabbing tacos on tues and wed. My last to trips have left me know somebody else is in that kitchen. The pastor is terrible. It was once a place i referred ppl to weekly. No longer recommended!

Breakfast is pretty good usually. Tried the street tacos recently on Wednesday when they are 99 cents, they were pretty average. This is not the best Mexican food, but it is good enough after a night out with your buds!

I ordered through eat streets I received my food cold talked to eat street they said to contact the restaurant I did and I was spoke to rudley and when I asked for a manger I was rudley hung up on I will be calling back tomorrow.
