THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I got the most burnt pizza of my life and half of the pizza had no cheese. It tasted like cheese rits crackers. I would Fire the shift manger. Poor service poor pizza PAPA JOHNS.

Pizza was trash. No cheese on half of my lage pepperoni Pizza and the pizza was over cooked and dry. I had to drive a distance to get the pizza. Last time I come back. I have had horrible food here and once in a blue moon the pizza are good.

Love this pizza. The one thing I do not like is they ask for a tip when ordering online.. ok, that's fine. But then when I go to pick it up, I have to sign a slip that, once again, asks for a tip. I am not tipping on pickup, but why ask twice? Why would anyone tip on pickup?

Got a stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks, and brownies. The crust on this pizza is PAPER THIN!!! It's so bad all the toppings fall off before you can eat it. This is thinner than thin crust. I have never had crust like this on a pizza before.The brownies were very dry. The breadsticks were good. The sauce cups are incredibly small for almost $2 a pop. Expensive, I paid $45 for those 3 items. Overall I'm not going to order here again

Got it delivered. Everything tasted amazing. Them Twix bites are insanely good and really well filled. The cheesesticks are good..not amazing but good. And I really liked my boneless chicken bites!
The food was not fresh when I came to pick up the order. It sits out in the open air and becomes cold in thee chilly lobby. Employees are incredibly rude when you would like a free pizza not something over 29 minutes old left out in the open air.

This is the third time I've ordered from this location and each time the order has not been correct. this time I had a simple order. A large pizza with bacon, pepperoni, pineapple and garlic parmesan crust. The crust did not come correct and I also ordered a side of jalapeno poppers with marinara sauce and it did not come with the marinara sauce.
The Manager Simon is Amazing! It was not even PJ fault about my order and he still helped out. The customer service is Amazing and Food right on time.
