My sandwich was very soggy with butter, I think he used about 1/2 cup of butter for the little bit of meat he cooked up, thanks to veggies it fill the middle of the bun, the sides of bun didn’t have any meat. The top bun was crinkle. It just didn’t taste the same as I remember. This place always my go to place to eat when I can’t make up my mind where to eat, it always hit the spot. Sadly I won’t be coming back any time soon.

Food was great, thank you. The three or four people behind the counter knew what they were doing and they were very helpful and patient. But something was wrong with the are handling equipment in the dining room. It was weird; smoke? We had trouble breathing and we had to leave.

The Philly is always great. But I don't know if I will be going back again after tonight. Placed an order online for pickup at 6:40 and didn't have the order completed until 7:10. There was only 2 people working so I tried giving some grace but when you're helping walk ins and carry out and the employees aren't on the same page it makes the waiting even longer. Should've just went in and ordered as they helped 5 walk ins before even starting on my order as I was sitting there.

PepperJax grill is by far my favorite Philly Cheesesteak franchise/chain in and around KC! Their bread is always amazing, I typically get the steak Philly, with all toppings and ask for a “fireball” (cooked in Jalapeño juice). It’s always amazing and a nice treat when I see a Pepperjax!Also if you like fries, there’s are really delicious! Thick and crispy steak fries always go well with a Philly if you have the appetite for it! Plus it’s quite affordable!Ya’ll rock, thank you!

One of the workers was coughing while putting our food together. It would be polite to maybe wear a mask to help block some germs from getting our food... Or maybe not be doing that part of the kitchen with a cough. No TVs, so do go to watch any sporting events, but great atmosphere to sit in booths away from other customers and eat.
