The dude handling the front desk needs a raise. Always goes up and beyond to get you out the door smashing pizzas to the face asap!!!!
I’m on my FOURTH order in a row that didn’t meet basic standards. I arrived five minutes early and all the pizzas were cold (very cold), two of the pizzas were not what I ordered, and one included pepperoni on the wrong pizza. Do not order pizza here. When I arrived the staff in the kitchen were playing around with the pizza dough and I saw it hit the floor (really hope they threw that away). My last two orders caused a stomachache/throw up for myself and my partner. Highly recommend just ordering from one of the local pizza spots as they cost the same amount and won’t give you food poisoning.

The Pizza Hut on west 6th Street in Lawrence is well worth your time -- EXCELLENT pizza, a fantastically clean store and employees that know how to treat a customer. I am always happy to stop by, so much in fact that I got the Pizza Hut App -- it is very helpful and easy to use; just make sure that you have your location set first or you have to start all over.

When did pizza hut become the old dominos? Ordered a medium hand tossed and it was all bread. We threw away the outside 40% because there was nothing on it, and the inside was scant at best. With so much competition, Pizza hut is in trouble if this is the norm. .Nicholas, 1) who do you know? 2) it is fair to write about one experience if that is all you have had. It's a pizza review, not a thesis.
Amber and all the other employees at the Pizza Hut on 6th Street in Lawrence are amazingly awesome. I had tried to place an order online but it kept telling me there was an error and to try back. I finally gave up. Later that afternoon I was going through my emails and saw that it did indeed go through. I immediately called the store and spoke to Michal and told him what happened. He said the order was still sitting there. I went to go pick it up and Amber the Manager, offered to have the guys remake the order. That's true Customer Service in my book. She could have just given me that pizza that had been sitting there for 5 hours. But, she stepped up and took care of me. They all went above and beyond. So, next time you order from this store do right by them and give them a good tip. They deserve it.

Tall guy in k state garb, with a feminine voice is a jerk. Saw me walk in, made me wait 10 minutes, then proceeded to help me and told me to ring the bell next time "he was in his own world" even though he looked right at me when I walked In, go be passive aggressive somewhere else, I just want to pick up my order in peace.

Ya know it takes a lot to get 5 stars from me. But seeing the people that cry about one single bad experience here even admitting they have had good ones makes me want to help make up for it. This Pizza Hut is extremely reliable, consistent, and all the interactions I’ve had with employees has been positive. I’m sorry this isn’t the 90s and you’re didn’t get your childhood dine in experience. Sadly they didn’t accept my “Book it” pizza voucher I saved from 1987. What they did do ever order was deliver a solid pizza. And yeah the be delivery fee before tipping a driver is overpriced. Go pick up your pizza and stop being lazy if you’re concerned (I do 90% of the time). As for last night they nailed it. Awesome pizza and fast delivery. This was my craving and they got it perfect ! So 5 stars !

I ordered a supreme pizza without mushrooms & i actually counted It had 53 mushrooms on it but hardly any other topings...it was horribly made and horrible tasting. Never again ordering from the Pizza Hut out on west 6th in lawrence ks. ? ??
