ordered a stuff crust cheese pizza & ended up with a thin crust pepperoni pizza. tried to call twice to get assistance with my order & got no response. somehow i was charged for a stuffed crust & cheese sticks but got less... really wish they would've answered my calls

Very disappointed with our order Friday night (11/04/2022). We ordered delivery, and my girlfriend was monitoring progress on her phone.....over and over for a long time. Finally, I opened the front door and alas, our pizzas were on the front porch, and had been there for long enough that they were cold. Driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Seriously, who does that? Plus the order was wrong. One of the pizzas was supposed to be Pan and we got Hand-Tossed. Not impressed.

Five-star rating for unexpectedly running into this Pizza Hut express not knowing it was there while picking up a prescription. It was a pleasant surprise the pizza is great it's warm and fresh!. They also have cheesy bread bites. Definitely a great choice on the go.

I have no complaints about the pizza I ordered. It tasted exactly like the average Pizza Hut pizza. The service, however, was horrid. I ordered online and was told my pickup was ready. When I arrived, the employee at the window looked extremely confused and told me to loop the building a few times and come back. When I did, she disappeared. I left for a few minutes again, and when I returned, she had already forgotten my name and order. I finally got my pizza, but this is the worst service I have ever received from Pizza Hut.

Five-star rating for unexpectedly running into this Pizza Hut express not knowing it was there while picking up a prescription. It was a pleasant surprise the pizza is great it's warm and fresh!. They also have cheesy bread bites. Definitely a great choice on the go.

This restaurant has no class they brought my friend and I a dinner box and half the Alfredo was gone, the pizza looked like it had been thrown all around the cheese sticks were bitten into, and the sauce was open and spilled all over the pizza, I don't recommend this place. I am not the only one that has had this problem according to some of the responses from other people on this site

We are from out of state and were staying in a hotel so we were trying to look for a pizza hut close on google and it brought this place up. So since it was the closest we decided to go not realizing its not a full service pizza hut but a store inside target. Was very disappointed when I had to buy 8 personal pan pizzas ( since that's all they offer from the pizza hut part of the resturant) instead of buying a couple large pizzas and had to spend twice the amount of money. Might be nice for a quick bite on the way out of the store but not to take your family to dinner.

This place, though I'm not sure it was ever great, has gone to the dogs. Food aside, they first started closing the dining room at 7 pm (not that I care, because who's eaten inside a Pizza Hut since the '90s, when it was a "destination" with a pizza and salad bar?), but now, even if you do choose to eat in, your pizza is only served to-go style. That's right. Enjoy the pizza in-store as you would at home. Only home has plates, comfortable seating, a TV, and a floor that probably doesn't rip off the soles of your shoes from stickiness. I get it. You don't have a lot of business. I'm giving you business. So why is my order NEVER right? Unless this is what Pizza Hut considers a well-done medium pizza extra sauce and extra cheese. I feel like if I didn't ask for "well done," I'd be baking that pizza, myself. Let's just glance over the fact that I have to fully cut the pizza and the slices they "pre-cut" range from nearly 1/4 of the pie to pizza slices for ants. There's no asking, "How many pieces would you like?" We continue to order from here because my fourth grade son is gross and likes Hawaiian pizza and because the only other delivery place nearby is almost three times the price. Even their corporate's Twitter account is a joke.
The food was good and hot when it got here I dont see no problem with the food I would eat there again

This location is VERY slow. The carry out window is ALWAYS a 20 plus minute wait. Staff is very kind and corrected my order quickly when I got the wrong food. My only complaint is the extremely long wait time.

This is two times in a row ordering a Taco pizza and this is two times in a row they have omitted ingredients. The first time there was no lettuce onions or tomatoes. I called and complained, they sent out a replacement. This time they omitted the meat and tomatoes. It was a late last night delivery, I didnt bother to call. I just dont plan on ordering pizza from them ever again.

I don't know why I keep subjecting myself to Pizza Hut delivery. They send you a text that your pizza is out for delivery and 40 minutes later it's still not here. I started the oven knowing that the pizza would be cold. I called them and all they had to say was that it was on bbn it's way and to let them know if we had any problems. I do have a problem...I DON'T LIKE COLD PIZZA!!! I could care less if you have a lot of deliveries, hire more drivers!!!

I've seen the reviews, a lot of them negative. I won't judge that because everyone's experience is their own. Mine on the other hand was wonderful. My pizza was hot, fresh, we'll seasoned, had generous toppings and was baked to perfection.
