Very low key and great atmosphere! Food was also reasonably priced and delicious! I had the goddess ramen and it was amazing! Will definitely be back when I’m in Kansas. Love the different ramen options. Thanks again! ☺️

Food is great, however, service is extremely slow and wait staff will mischarge the bill. If there was another ramen option in Lawrence I would suggest venturing elsewhere, but alas...

By far one of my favorite places to eat in Lawrence. Noodles are made in-house and they’re so delicious! I get the Veggie almost every time.Edit: I had to change my review because the service is absolutely horrible. I have been going to Ramen Bowls for years and my partner and I had to put it on pause for a while due to their wait times. We recently went to their new place and got to see the awesome new space, but their wait times are still killer. Took 45 minutes to get two bowls of ramen with the restaurant not even half full.I get staffing shortages, but it’s super unfortunate that this could ultimately lead to the downfall of people going to Ramen Bowls. Please fix wait times!

Food couldn’t be better. Ever since the location change the service has been terrible. Was told I’d have a 45 min wait to be seated that turned into over a hour. 30 minutes after being seated was finally asked for drinks. Then was told the food wouldn’t be out for another hour. So disappointed since I couldn’t stop raving about how good this place used to be.

The food is always so good, but service at the new location on a Friday evening was terrible. Underestimated the wait for a table by 30 minutes. We waited for 1 hour and 15 mins for our food, and were never brought water until an hour in, without being updated on why things were taking so long.

Tried the pork belly and dumpling ramen and it was delicious recommend getting the dumplings pan fried for the ramen soup also had the gyoza appetizer pan fried very good as well comes with a chili oil dipping sauce recommend the aioli dipping sauce

Honestly, if i could leave a -1 star i would. tonight was by far the worse experience i have ever had at a restaurant. we sat for an hour without food because our server never rang in our food and when we finally did get the food, it was cold and undercooked. our server acted as if he had better things to like be behind the bar than take care of paying costumers who were missing their food. I will not be coming back until they get better servers because this is ridiculous.

HUGE improvement for Ramen Bowls, their new location with their new menu is excellent! I had been disappointed in some of the dishes previously, but both our dishes were top tier ramen this time. Kudos to them for the reworked food! It's a nice spot with plenty of space and great service. I'm excited to come back and recommend to friends and family. We had the tan tan men (pork) ramen and the Post Rock Beef Ramen. They also gave us some matcha doughnuts complimentary - I'm not sure of the name of them exactly.

Absolutely love the new location! The host and table service were a major plus. Loved the tiki drinks they have available now. We also got the Crab Rangoon Nachos, Spicy Curry Ramen and the Vegetarian Tan Tan Men. I absolutely loved the veg. tan tan! Overall great atmosphere, food and drinks.

We went to the new location tonight. We showed up at 6:30 and didn’t receive our food until 7:30. Our server did not check in with us more than twice in the entire time we were there and so we kept having to flag her down for certain things. Likewise, the lady who brought our food did not pay attention to which one was dairy free. It is a good thing I am not allergic to dairy, just have to avoid it right now for medical purposes. We appreciated the extra free braised egg for the issues experienced, yet this only slightly made the experience better. The Pad Thai Ramen also was not as good as it normally is. I will be ordering takeout from here on out and see if the quality goes back to normal.Dietary restrictions: They have the ability to accommodate dietary restrictions, yet they were not diligent about making sure they didn’t accidentally give it to me. My friend and I both got the same order her’s with dairy, mine without. They just set them both in front of us and I had to ask which one was dairy free. They didn’t know. Someone from the kitchen came and inspected them and told me my friend had the dairy free one in front of her after inspecting the noodles. It is a good thing I am not allergic to d

Best ramen around but ever since they moved locations the business model is trash. Poor seating, wait times, and flakey to go ordering. So sad to

Ordered online for takeout. Get to the store and have to wait 10 mins to talk to someone to ask about my order. They say they’ll check but they never get back to me. I wait another 15 mins after that when I finally can ask the manager and he says they turned off online orders even though I ordered from their website through EatStreet. At least they should have updated their website to reflect that. Also there’s doordash drivers there waiting too. After that they tried double charging me. In total I waited an hour in store for a to go order. Additionally, they don’t have a permanent host writing down a waitlist and is instead relying on customers to keep themselves in order to be seated. Truly a poorly ran operation. I understand this is a new location and they’re getting used to it but any restaurant, let alone one that has been in business for years, should be able to run a waitlist. They definitely shouldn’t be surprised by crowds either on a Sunday where the weather is nice. Everyone knows it’s going to be one of the busier days

The new location is amazing! You are seated by a host now and served like a traditional sit down restaurant. The food is excellent. Service is great. Many more tables at the new location. Highly recommend!

I've been eating at the old location for years and came to their HUGE new spot.I really hope that it's just growing pains from moving but the service left a lot to be desired. I sat at the bar and it took my server almost 30 minutes to get me my drink although people who sat after me got theirs. My food took almost an hour from the time I ordered.Again, I'm not sure if it's because they very recently moved or don't have enough staff but I have never had service this poor here.
