They delivered a pizza that clearly had been dropped, when I called and politely told them the pizza was unacceptable they sent another over and literally just threw it on the ground in front of my house... Seriously

i love the food but sheesh the delivery time is ridiculous. not to mention the staff is incredibly unprofessional the few times i chose pick up. read many reviews on here that align with my bad experiences here. would be nice to have my full order be correct for once too.

Ordered my second 12 inch deep dish nothing like the first. Pizza was barely 1/2 inch thick. No consistency in there pizzas, very disappointed,

I used to love this this place for pizza the last two times I ordered the cheeseburger pizza it was so greasy the dough just turns to much and the toppings separate… the first time I thought it was a fluke but I think I will be looking elsewhere. I will say the chocolate mouse cake is always on point and a favorite of mine!

I order mostly at lunch and dinner and the quality of pizza and pastas is consistently good. A vast majority of the time, their delivery times seemed long but were delivered way under time. Shout out to the driver - Morgan - they were friendly and quite nice, which I appreciated. The delivery staff have been very similar in demeanor, making the experience all the better.

Every Friday at 7pm is pizza and wrestling at my place. Has been for a few years.On 04/22/2022 I called this location at 3:50pm to place a order to be delivered at 6:45pm. Requested a Classico Italiano with white sauce instead of red and told the female who took my order I am allergic to tomatoes. I was calling them back when the pizza delivered at 6:17pm was a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with red sauce. Time to be delivered was to early and the wrong pizza. A male answered my 2nd call and immediately took offense when I explained that the wrong pizza was delivered and put the same female back on the phone. She had a terrible attitude and immediately took a tone with me regarding the wrong pizza and wrong time for delivering. She told me to give back the pineapple pizza and a new would be out in 35 minutes. I asked if they could include some breadsticks for the inconvenience of the situation and she yelled "no" and hung up on me. A lukewarm "remake" arrived. Not sure if it came from their kitchen or someone else's house, we threw it away and ordered from Casey's instead.05/06/2022 We decided to try this location for our Friday Pizza/Wrestling one more time. We had earned the $10 reward. Call was placed and I was told the pizza would arrive in 25 minutes. After 40 minutes I called this location and spoke to a male who defensively told me he personally delivered my pizza to my door and gave it to my little girl ... I do not have kids. I explained to him that he delivered it to the wrong door of our quadplex and he defended himself by describing the WRONG APARTMENT and when I asked him how he missed the directions to our door, including the very large distinct patio fixture (that has been noted on our account unchanged since February of 2021) he still insinuated that we got our pizza. My boyfriend was getting loud in the background since I had the phone and the male initially stated we weren't getting a second pizza for free and then told me to hang on for the manager. The same female from before came on the line saying that because we cussed her staff and called him a derogatory name (which we did not) that we would not get another pizza. I told her that was fine but I expected a refund for the incompetence and she just snapped "fine" and hung up on me. My money was refunded but the rewards coupon was not. I did try calling this location again to speak with the owner and was given a ridiculous run-a-round about what store locations that Steve D. owns. I ended up leaving message with Mary at the Shawnee, KS location 48 hours ago. No one has called me back. The Lawrence location used be fantastic with great pizza and A+ service but here lately the staff we have encountered are absolutely lacking in customer service skills. Just rude and quick to throw attitude and unfounded accusations. We will NOT be re-visiting this location.

Ordered at 1AM and they close at 2AM. I order from here often and this was the pizza daeievered to me. I tried to call and the women who answered my call told me I was lying and that her cook didn't make it any different. I don't usually complain but this was i inexcusable. Not even edible.

The food is fine, I guess. But the employees don’t care about EatStreet orders and consistently get them wrong when transferring them over to their own POS. Incorrect base sauces, ALWAYS missing extra dipping sauces that are PAID for. Good luck making an alteration to your order.

Big fan of sarpenos but the delivery driver left my breadsticks open and pizza was missing a slice! Never had this bad of an experience but im hoping you guys can resolve this issue.

Not really sure why it's only 4 stars but I'll say this it's prolly from the ppl that think little Cesar's is a true taste of Italy ? with that said. This is one of the few by hand pizza places I know of and it's the best pies I've ever eaten ? down
