Very good place, the lady and Julian were very nice to me, I'd recommend you tell them to have a good day or ask how their day was, it makes their day and that's what I want for them. I'd go here over and over just because of how nice they were.

Decent but don't ever work here....I got accused of making comments and stealing stuff things that I never did! Other than false complaint "Karen like" folks, this is a decent store and the workers and manager are absolutely amazing!!!

Super rude staff member with black hair working the early shift today. She was working with what seemed to be a new employee. She was rude to customers and to her coworker. She has an unbelievably nasty attitude and gives the store a bad reputation. What a way to say happy new smh she needs customer care training, her negativity leaves a bad taste

Very unprofessional service. Did not acknowledge me as I came in, had me wait for 5 minutes without even making eye contact. Then, when he got done with the bread, blankly stared at me making me uncomfortable. No wonder this place hasn't had a customer service award since 2018 as posted on their wall!

Excellent customer service, the staff handles a lot of stressful situations dealing with the unhoused and mentally ill population that loiters in that shopping center. So all you one star reviewers need to get over your first world problems.

Came in and I sat down and let my client order her food (I let her be as independent as possible and only help or cut in when needed). Then after waiting 5 minutes (not too terrible but there was no one ahead of us) the girl behind the counter told her the "line started over there, opposite of the register". Well my client is elderly with a cane and it takes a lot out of her to walk and the register is close enough to the beginning of the line that she shouldn't have to move. Again she was first in line anyway. So I'm sitting at a table waiting for my client to order and the employee looks at ME and asks what will she have. I said..why don't you ask her? I don't know what she wants, ask her. The employee then keeps asking questions like what type of cheese does she want even though the #11 club comes with provolone! Just put what comes on the sandwich unless asked differently! Speaking of, my client asked for no lettuce, but the employee put lettuce on and when she realized so, she took the lettuce off the meat and put it back in the lettuce tray! That is cross contamination. You just had lettuce touching meat and such and you put it back?! It should have been thrown out. Then the employee calls for backup as there is now a line of 3 people and she's still making this sandwich. Just ridiculous. We won't be coming back.
