Stopped on my way to work for a breakfast burrito and there was a lady at the window with her door open talking to the worker for over five minutes at least. Never saw any food go out they were just talking about her an about her anxiety, like nobody was behind her. I just left and didn’t order food. I don’t like that location and the customer service near as much as 23rd. I won’t go there anymore.

The remodeled dining room is nice but we couldn't even eat our food. The taco meat was not even luke warm. When I told the guy at the counter, he just said "oh okay". Somebody is going to get sick.

I’m shocked by the mediocre reviews here.Taco John’s is 5x better than Taco Bell, for like 15% more. Staff are friendly and all the food slaps.I don’t know what some people’s expectations are for a sub-$5 burrito but Taco John’s blows by them. 5 stars.

for years this taco johns location has been awful. i give it a shot like once a year sometimes longer. mostly cuz i have some masochistic curiosity i suppose. i like to get bean burritos and the way they prep them makes them look disgusting and old. i just dont get how it could be THIS bad. sometimes i consider getting hired there and working for a day just to get an answer. i like taco bell fine i just like taco johns packet sauces. taco bell isnt much better half the time obviously but they have a better success rate in the end. i think im just done with fast food in general.
