Terrible customer service. The guy taking orders always has an attitude. On the phone, he wouldn't let us finish a sentence without interrupting. And was rushing us, and wanted payment over the phone. Every time I order Thai, I pay for the food when I go to pick it up.I wouldn't have had a problem paying over the phone if he wasn't so rude. This is one of those times that you don't even believe it should get 1 star. This was the first and last time I'll get food from here. The order took over an hour and 30min to make. When we showed up the lady was rude, stating we where early and we need to give them more time. We didn't even demand the food we just came in to get it when it was said to be ready. We get the food or lack there of food. What a rip off. $65.00 for the food and we got 4 small nuggets of chicken for each order and less than a half cup of beef for the other.The food was not good for what little we got. Such a rip off. Don't go here. I wish I could ask for a refund.

I finally found the best panang curry in this little Midwestern suburb. The smell of the cafeteria and the takeout I ordered literally reminded me of home (Southeast Asia). Sorry no photos, I literally inhaled the dishes. The owners are a bit ornery, but just think of them as your always harried aunt and uncle.Dietary restrictions: If you need gluten-free food, try their meals. Southeast Asian food, like Thai cuisine, are low in gluten; our culture isn't bread-heavy.

The food is fair priced and it is our favorite Thai food in town. Portions are generous and it always taste amazing. Love the beef pad see ew, crab Rangoon , and curries have all been delicious. However I'll mirror what most others have said about terrible customer service. If you are sensitive to being ignored I don't recommend you come here haha. I have ordered from here numerous times and I have to laugh at the service ( probably so I don't scream) because you could literally walk in and stand in the staff's presence and be ignored for 15 minutes without a hello. The vibe Is definitely not a sit down and eat place. I would only order to go and make sure you order way ahead of time. Tonight my order took over an hour and 10 mins to get.

The food is delicious and tastes like a meal you get from home. The Tom Ka Kai is addicting, Pad Kee Mao is outstanding, and finally some real Pad Thai. Amazing place and amazing, friendly owners. A place not to miss when visiting Lawrence.

Order delivery got the Pad Thai, egg rolls, and crab Rangoon. Pad Thai with shrimp was delicious got medium spicy was perfect potion was large and shrimp where cooked properly. Egg rolls probably the best I have had in a long time perfectly done loved them!!!! Crab Rangoon was a large portion 6 and plenty of dipping sauce I would highly recommend Thai Siam will be getting again when I am back in town.
