can y’all actually take the time to read orders? i love the food here, but i’ve had to request refunds for several of my recent orders because i’m missing one or more items. while i appreciate the speediness, i want my full order! that’s why i placed it in the first place! it’s always sides or extra dressing missing, and one time, over half of my order was not delivered. i tend to order food on certain days of the week because i don’t have much time between classes to make dinner and i’m HUNGRY. please take 5 minutes to slow down and properly fulfill orders.

I can't say much positive. I love the company and have never had issues at other locations across the country. Unfortunately, none of our (5) smoothies were what we ordered. The back of house was a mess. The gentleman doing the expediting was flustered and could clearly not read the menus items and our order. Very disappointing when we order 5meals and 5smoothies.

I love Tropical Smoothie however the wait times are insane now. I don't know if it is due to employee error or what. I ordered online, got here 10 mins later when it said it would be ready. I have now been sitting inside waiting for the order for over 20 minutes.. People who come inside to order are getting their food right away when I have been waiting far longer than they have. I feel like employees need to be retrained to focus on time deadlines regarding online orders. By the time I get my food and smoothie, the food is slightly cold and the smoothie is nearly melted all the way.. I still eat it, but something needs to change soon, this isnt okay.

Ordered two CHEESE quesadillas, a açaí berry boost and a jetty junior. waited in parking lot for 15 minutes just for a woman to walk out with one of our smoothies. Walked back in and got the rest of our order, and asked for the lady making the smoothies to remake ours and she was on it. Walked back to our car and saw the quesadillas were filled with weird meat and peppers. Asked the lady making the food to remake them to a CHEESE quesadilla(s) and handed her two quesadillas and she gave them back. Headed to the car and opened the quesadillas to realize there was chicken. Headed back inside again, but fed up and asked for a refund. The guy at the cash register who was the manager offered to remake them, and when we requested a refund AGAIN he admitted to us he didn’t know how to give a refund but it would only be a few minutes. Got the quesadillas and went to the car. You’re probably thinking, why didn’t we check the quesadillas inside? There was a school basketball team in there as well as regular customers. The building was packed, and there was barely any seating spots. The quesadillas in the pictures were what we received. We were beyond pissed, as someone already stole our smoothie and the quesadillas had to be remade twice. Went STRAIGHT back inside and asked for a refund. again. We showed him the quesadillas, and he asked “what is wrong with it?” The “quesadilla” is literally sprinkled cheese on a tortilla… he said he could not do a refund and said he would remake it “the right way”. We finally received our CHEESE quesadillas after 45 minutes of back and forth. The manager looked frustrated with the situation as well. Still no refund. Won’t be coming back for a while.
The dilla was just thrown in the box making it difficult to eat. Had a hard time getting the pieces apart. Part of the filling was shoved to one side and then the tortilla was gummy. Overall dissatisfied. Also the smoothie is just okay. I got the detox island green. Didn’t have much flavor at all. It sure I’ll be back. Or at least if the same staff was there. Also I think staff needs to understand handwashing. After you mop wash up don’t start touching everything and making orders!

Ordered a southwest wrap and was given an all American wrap. Not only did I get the wrong wrap, they didn't even get this one right. How can you wrap 3 eggs in a tortilla and leave out every other ingredient? Be a part of the Wednesday night all star crew that's how

The good--Smoothie was fantastic. Lots of options for add insCould improve--Thai chicken was flavorful but where's the chicken?Needs to improve--every order placed in a plastic bag? I was eating in. Could consider asking if someone needs a bag? I literally was brought a bag with my sandwich. Took sandwich out. Ate it and had no use for the bag. We should be more environmentally conscious. In addition increase option for plain chips. Will be back for smoothies. Would be nice if they weren't in styrofoam.
