Walked 11 blocks to come eat here and the lobby is closed....drive through only. Just close the doors and sell the place to someone who put in a restaurant that will OPEN THE DOORS FOR CUSTOMERS!

I go to Wendy’s, not because of the food but because I am a tea drinker, and I love Wendy’s tea. Of course, I order food when I go also. Today the tea was hardly even flavor of tea. It was so watered down and weak. Such a disappointment. Couple months ago it was like that and I asked the person at the drive up window if they would take my tea and get me tea from a different machine. You would have thought I asked her to go out and pick the tea and make it. So today I did not ask for different tea, even though I could see clear through it, like it was barely colored water. I might give them one more chance, but if this happens to me again, I’m going to have to give Wendy’s up and find another place to get my tea which means you won’t get my order

For fast food, they always have professional employees doing their best. I'm always grateful when someone helps me complete the task of preparing the food my son eats, after I get off from work .Vegetarian options: The salads are "fast food vegetables" so if someone wanted to opt out of meat, there are other items that are just veggies.Dietary restrictions: Salads/

I came in on national cheeseburger and the lady in FOH named Britney was not helpful to not only myself but another customer. One of the customers claimed that their burger wasn't in their bag and she didn't believe it and was rude to her. Then she took my order and wasn't trying to help me when the app wasn't working for me and overall did not have a good attitude. I hope this restaurant takes into consideration that first impressions are important and this restaurant did not provide that.
