I ordered the $2 Double March Madness special being advertised. The Wendy’s in Ft. Scott, KS honored this price. This location said you must order in app to get the price. What a bunch of bunk. The people working in this store are terribly lazy and SLOW. Avoid.

Every time we come here this place is filled with lazy, incompetent, and entitled people. They act like they have the hardest job in the world and act mad when people actually show up. Orders are never right and because they are so damn lazy they just say "we outta that" no you aren't your a lazy bumb. Can the staff now or kiss this location goodbye

Went through the drive thru. They did not honor any coupons provided by corporate, I was overcharged $8 for items I did not order. And the manager said, "there's nothing I can do" and refused to give my money back.

Walked in right around lunchtime. One person was ordering ahead of me and there were 2 cars going through the drive through. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo. I waited 14 minutes for the food. 14 minutes. The place was not busy, there was not a long line of cars, and I counted 4 other people I could see working there besides the cashier. Why does it take 14 minutes to get food for a place that isn't busy with so many people working? Food was good as always, but it was not worth the wait.

We went for the pumpkin spice frosty with French fries. My husband got a baconator to go with it. The frosty did not disappoint. If you like pumpkin spice things, and I do, you will love it.
