Be prepared to wait 45 mins for one order of 10 piece. This is when it’s not busy and there’s 3 people behind the counter, one doing absolutely nothing (but working the register intermittently) all while the place is filthy, tables, and floors.

Inedible. Customer service was awful. Customers in front of us were ignored while staff was high and goofing off in the back. Male staff member seemed incompetent at the front and had no idea what was going on at any point in time. Same male staff member kept goofing off during peak hours and got in other employees way. Order wasn’t complete or ready when it was requested to be ready. This order was placed 5 hours ahead of time and wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the pickup time.Vegetarian options: Good luck.Dietary restrictions: I wouldn’t count on it. Ordered a meal online to be delivered and it was missing a portion of it. I called and explauined the situation and we set up a time for me to pick up the missing portion the next day. I arrived and they cooked my missing portion fresh for me and when I got back to work I found they had replaced my entire meal and not just what I had missed. Outstanding service and the food was delicious! The amount of money I spent was the only reason I requested the missing item and they amazed me by replacing the entire order when they didn't have to. Absolute class act and would totally recommend based on food and service. Thank you!

I had an online order and still havent been refunded after 3 weeks and am now disputing it. Not only that they have responded or contacted me in any way. In store they refused to make any substitutions and gave me a meaningless receipt because they couldnt do anything about it. Said they were out of boneless wings and basically were very solemn about it. At least offer something of comparable value. Never in my own experience as a food service worker was that an option because youre basically spitting on the money of the customer.

Last time I ordered wings was 12/11. I ordered BBQ boneless with for my kids and I called 9x’s to tell them easy sauce and no one answered. We get our food from delivery and they made the boneless wing mango habenero!? I drove to the store and they said they were out of BBQ sauce and the phones were messed up. Fast forward to today 12/30 i have called multiple times and no one has picked up. Ridiculous!

Went in on their 70 cent wing Tuesday, saw a really sick worker, he was putting a wet rag on his head. I got sick after eating this food, I can’t even believe they’re allowed to handle food without gloves. The workers were scuffing at us for coming in with, get ready, five people. Just started going to wingstop again, but safe to say i’ll never be back, especially if this level of service and sick workers with food is tolerated. I got sick during my finals week, so hopefully this doesn’t cost me poor test scores… thanks a lot wingstop

My friends and I went to Wing Stop to celebrate our friend Carrie’s birthday. Unfortunately, that celebration was quite brief as we are all extremely under the weather from the quality of the food. This establishment egregiously lacks customer service as my food took nearly an hour. I did receive a brownie as an apology, but that does not do any justice for the internal pain we are all experiencing.
