What a fun venue and friendly hangout! A variety of yummy wines for any taste plus some specialty drinks and a nice food menu, you can bet we’ll be back. Gina is an awesome hostess. I love their business philosophy of partnerships in the community.

Our genealogy group visited and had a wonderful time. The owner and staff were all very nice! We enjoyed hearing about the history of the winery and tried many of the wines. There were wines for all tastes:). We will go again soon

Beautiful gounds, the scenery is astonishing. I'd love to see the Vinyard full bloom. I had the pleasure of taking part in the charity 5K wine run. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. So I purchased a glass of wine first, and it was served in a plastic cup. The process of getting the wine was a bit rough, as u order food and drinks at the bar, people were waiting at the bar after purchasing their things (food), holding the line and bar tenders seemed flustered and had no clue who was next or already served. I'm assuming they were waiting because there aren't servers to bring your food to u after u order? Well, after getting my wine it was flat it tasted like a leftover open bottle, so I decided I wouldn't buy a bottle, we also were able to try the slushy the cherry flavor i got was pretty good. My friend got a peach wine i think, and it was bland, just our opinion. Would like to give it a try when they aren't hosting an event.

This was our first time here. The wine is great and the staff are wonderfully to work with. We will make this place a regular stop!!!!

I am new to wine, but I never really liked it, but I have found one or two that I enjoyed over the years. I was excited to have dinner at a local place, and it was Valentines Day. Our evening started out with he candle on the table not staying lit and the staff did not light it again. I even stated that neither one of us had a lighter, and the staff laughed and carried on. See the picture. It's a mainstay burned down candle with another white candle placed in it. Very poor taste. Maybe this was our sign, and we should have walked out, but no, we stayed. So we were the last couple to arrive, and the last couple served throughout the entire evening. The staff seemed frustrated and irrated anytime we tried to speak to the. It was weird. I asked twice about how the food was going to be cooked because no one had been around to ask us how we like our steaks cooked. Well, we were served steaks that were so raw, yuck. They told us the steaks were from Texas Roadhouse. I thought we were supporting local! This was disappointing! We both prefer our steaks well done. So the staff offered to reheat the steaks. If you reheat a steak, you take a chance of it being tough. As I was cutting into the reheated steak, the staff was standing there. It was tough, she could tell. We both refused to eat the steak. We had a few drinks, trying not to let this spoil the evening. it's for Valentines Day. The day you spend with your better half through thick or thin right! Well, it comes to the end, dessert. The owner comes out explaining that the ice shot glasses are melting, so when we get them to take the shots quickly. Everyone is served but us, again LAST! The staff finally came to our table finally and said they ran out of dessert!!! How? I preregister and prepaid!! I will not be back, I will not support this business anymore. I always do my best to support local, but this place does not get another dime from me. I will find another winery to continue my wine adventure and support.

This place has so much to offer and the owners are freaking awesome. The unique tasting wines are without a doubt better than we have found anywhere else in the country so far. The history behind how they were made and named is with out a doubt something every wine drinker needs to experience. They made our trip worth every penny and we are now in there wine club. Look them up and join today ITS WORTH IT!!!

There is great potential here but our experience fell short. I had high hopes after reading about the owners and experiencing tastings in PA, TX, CO, MO and CA. We did a tasting for 6 on a weekday afternoon so were the only customers. It seemed like only one person was working, as she took our order and brought food out one plate at a time while we waited for beverages and silverware. No plates were provided for shared appetizers. The food itself could be improved. Two of the destemmed grapes were moldy, and the Ritz crackers and bagged cheese cubes looked more like an after school snack than a winery offering. The dipping cheese for pretzels was congealed. The wine presentation should be reordered from mild to bold and then sweet. While our server accommodated personal preferences a few times, several of our questions about the wines were not answered. There seemed to be a missed opportunity when I realized later that the man who briefly stopped by when we were chatting about the movie Sideways was actually an assistant winemaker and probably could have answered questions had he been introduced. The labels are interesting and the wines are unique. The gift shop offered a variety of items, and the military decor was interesting. One of the owners came in later and was friendly and talkative.

Gina and Bryan are wonderful hosts. Danielle served up the samples and was very good at explaining the process and flavor we would experience. We had a fantastic afternoon with these folks and will be back for dinner and some spirits very soon. Highly recommended this entire experience.

Make sure you don't misread the event invite and think that the location has Hot-Air balloons during the day. Hot-air balloons start around 8pm per previous years' event invites (this years' said dusk but I must've missed that part). We were there from 2-5pm on Saturday and got to see the Aerial show. That's it. There were two inflatables, there were helicopter rides for $40. We went for the Hot-Air balloons and thought there would be a lot of people at the event. It turned out to be the opposite during the day. It's more geared towards the Aerial show (think of America's Got Talent) and drinking wine during the day.If you plan to go, I would say go in the evening. My plan for next year is to split a pit with another couple and get there around sunset. To go on a helicopter ride as late as they'll allow. Then listen to live music and see the hot-air balloons. This year, we essentially drove an hour each way just to see the inflatables and drink water (we didn't want to drink during the daytime). Then we went home. Parking was $10 per car. Water was $3 each. They do not allow outside drinks of any kind nor outside containers of any kind, even dog-water containers. But they do allow pets (must be leashed). It was a really cool place and we thought we were lost. Definitely 5/5 stars for the events and possibilities; despite our experience not being the best because of my own faults.
