The food was awful.... Never been so disappointed. Ordered for pick up... Got there on time and still had to wait... Forever..... The meat on the tater tots was leftover cut off fat.. not meat. It was awful!!!

Great food, but absolutely horrible service. The waiter forgot my order. An hour later I asked about it and they had to remake it because it had been sitting out waiting for him. Then I asked for the check and waited another 30 min. Finally stood up and walked up to a manager and paid for my food and left.Not the first time either. Usually incredibly slow slack service.

My only issue is the triple bacon cheeseburger should have three patties not two if there's two it should be a double bacon cheeseburger.
Came today before football, knowing it would probably be busy. But it would have at least been nice to eat food with the rest of our table and not get told that our wings were taking 40+ minutes after waiting over 45 and having to ask a different server to check on the status of our wings.

We had a good time celebrating a friend's birthday but we were disappointed in the fact that our BOGO was limited to just 30 wings. One of our grandkids ate 2 salads because it is the only thing that is (said to be) gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Need more gluten-free, dairy-free and corn-free options, my grandkids have allergies to all of these.Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren really enjoy eating there but their options are very limited.Wheelchair accessibility: We use the handicap parking but 2 of them are. Could use a few more spots. There is wheelchair access because it is occasionally used by us

My husband & I used to love coming to BWW for date nights. But the last couple times we have went, the food has been absolutely terrible & service has been very poor. I sent back my order 2x for it being inaccurate. It is a shame that we will not go back because of these experiences.

So my server Alysa wasn’t feeling good. Like a champ she persevered. My first batch of wings were not fresh. She went back and had the cook redo the order. Second batch was fresh and cooked hot! Fries were hot and celery fresh. She made sure I was happy even though she was not at her best. Great job Alyssa.
