King house what's going on? New owner? New manager? New cook? This is the second time in a row the quality that we were accustomed to is not there. Typically the food gets to my house hot. The last two times barely warm. Chicken Fried Rice is not the same. Time to change the oil the egg rolls are cooked in. I have always recommended this place when asked who can deliver on post but after the last two orders I am not sure I can continue to do so. Whatever you changed is not working.

Dirty interior. I ordered food with spring rolls and they refused to give me sweet and sour sauce. I offered to pay (I’d already paid for my food) but all I had was a card and they wouldn’t let me pay for it. It was a 55 cent sauce- what horrible service.

Love getting long DARK hair in the food we ordered (our hair is blonde) and when returned the food WE are accused and they said it cannot be their hair (dark brown/black). Prior, called them and immediately returned it. But received a call back for no reason after the refund and are “no longer allowed to eat there” because it wasn’t “their hair”. We aren’t “Karen’s” but gladly don’t want to eat hair in our food from a restaurant that cannot own up to a simple mistake.

I’ve ate at this place a dozen times. Normally it’s pretty decent and a fair price. This time I got a LONG black hair in my food (couldn’t be mine, I’m blonde with short hair). Asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Then they called me back for no real reason saying the hair couldn’t be theirs because it’s black and they all have “brown” (like the 2 aren’t close…). Then proceeded to say I was no longer allowed to order from there. Note: I was respectful as possible, so no Karen situation, just don’t want to eat hair.

Mmy family's go to Chinese takeout spot. The food is always consistently good. I can confirm that their seseme shrimp, shrimp fried rice, and shrimp with garlic sauce is really good and worth trying. I love shrimp and will likely try another shrimp dish from their menu. I always call in for a pick up. My food is always hot and ready when I arrive. They use your phone number as the pickup verification. Make sure you know the number of the person who placed the order if you weren't the one that called it in. You can pay over the phone, online, or when you pick up. Highly recommend! Hands down best Chinese takeout spot in town!

I think this place needs to be shut down. I had an issue with my rice order and instead of them throwing it away they brought it back to the kitchen, after I ate off my plate, "fixed" it then returned it to me. Putting food someone already ate from into the pot/pan/wok they use for other people is unsanitary. I've never had someone say fixed my food then returned it to me.

Used to order take out from here at least once a month, they changed the portion of the lo mein to half of what it was and charged the same price, which would have been ok had they said they changed the portion but they wanted to argue it's the same amount when it used to come in a large styrofoam box and now it's in a plastic half that size. Will find somewhere else to order from.

Leavenworth is definitely not a Chinese food town at all. Flavorless and dry rice with no veggies or anything and the meat is over cooked to the point where it’s actually hard to chew. Not to mention there’s no crab to be found in the tiny and underwhelming “King Crab” Rangoon. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad Chinese food until I moved to Leavenworth. They did allow us to eat in the restaurant but we had to pay extra for water…
