The two very young men on staff were childlike, a fly came out of the food area when they lifted the cover, and the bathroom was dirty. Only a few of the coupons that come in the mail work and the staff act like gangsters when asked about the coupons. They don't serve soup at any of the Leavenworth, KS locations even though every Subway I've ever been to before served soup... even international Subways do. The staff said that the owners can't make money on soup so they don't bother. All the Subways in Leavenworth, KS are owned by the same people and, based on how the staff act and talk, especially when conveying the owners perspectives, the owners don't care about the customer at all. If a Subway that cares about customers opened on the area, I would be willing to drive further just to get to it rather than dealing with these poor conditions

Very impressed by the workers there, very friendly and helpful. Building clean and bright. Food was handled well and serving area looked clean and fresh. Prices not so bad. A manager showed up while I was eating and I was able to witness him doing temperature checks, very good for a food handling store to do to prevent food from going bad or developing toxins.Parking: Large and open, little odd due to a slope.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair access
