If I could give it half a star I would they messed my online order up and it’s not the first time!! They didn’t give me half the things I ordered! I also waited at the window for a ridiculous amount of time(15 min) I had preordered tenish minutes before even getting there they had plenty of time to check and make sure I was getting exactly what I ordered!

horrible!!!!!!! everytime i go there something is always wrong!!!! tonight i have a loaded beef nacho and an enchilada burrito… first off i asked for NO guacamole which seemed to be placed then removed and half my nachos are missing!!! my burrito was wet and stuck to my paper!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! they were in there playing music yelling the lady who was taking my order couldn’t hear me… i’m done with taco bell!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!update! my enchilada burrito only had chicken and rice there was no sour cream no red sauce no cheese blend nothing!! my nachos, my chips were SOOOOO salty!!! blllaaaahhhhh??

Service was good and people were nice, however i ordered a box and only received one item out of it and my girl friend ordered a number 9 and was missing a taco. Spent 20 dollars there to get maybe half the amount of food. I have this problem very often with this taco bell they always forget to put things in the bag and you end of paying for things that you dont get.

Short staffed, slow service, waited at counter for order for a decent time, then ordered using their kiosk but was paying cash so had to go to counter and wait again. I don't like the kiosk as you can't use cash and then you have to wait for your order to get cups.

Just tried to pay for my meal with a $50 bill, manager wouldn't take it. Guess they want to run off paying customers. Nothing states that they won't take $50 bills.
Dinning in with my family, the music they play is atrocious. It's beyond loud, and definitely not kid friendly. It sounds like I'm currently in a rave or night club. Definitely not enjoyable. Not to mention not one employee had a hair net on.
