Soggy taco shells, crunchwrap was completely missing the crunch, just confirms my reasons I don't do fast food anymore. Top it off, my order cost $24, no drink. Not one employee looked like they wanted to be there, lesson learned.

I ordered extra meat on my order, when I got back to work and started eating, I didn't taste any meat at all. I opened the cruncwrap there was about a teaspoon of meat in it. I won't be ordering from that Taco Bell again.

The place was clean. I know they are probably understaffed, but at least acknowledge the customer standing at the front counter. No note or anything, just expecting the customer to know that they will HAVE to use the kiosk at the front to placean order. Customer service has disappeared.

I just got my order and I'm pretty sure I messed it up, but the staff likely took one look at me and realized that I'm Stoopid so they corrected the order. The cat in the back making orders was and is always super efficient and friendly. And the cat who took my order was super chill and eloquent.Thank you for all you do!!!Kid-friendliness: It's taco bell dude. A California institute.

There are too many mishaps with orders. Either they get it right the 1st time or wrong they need to keep their head in the game. The night crew is very slow at times with a few vehicles in drive thru.
I got chalupa box, mex pizza, Doritos tacos, and 2 quesadillas and only got six packs of sauce.No tomatoes on pizza and it looked disgusting.The five layer burrito was a bean and cheese burrito. No tomatoes on the chalupa. And some how quesadillas were cold in under 2 mins. This used to be a great restaurant, but I ain’t eating here anymore.
