The 119th location on March 27 th after regular lunch hours was very good and always has been food wise. Our server, a seasoned lady was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL and these youngsters should take serving, respect, kindness and knowledge classes from her. Servers like her are one in a thousand or less.Thank you!!!Dietary restrictions: Excellent observation by our waiter regarding my dairy allergy minus butter.

My wife & I used to go there for happy hour every Friday prior to COVID. As all businesses things changed especially the happy hour menu. We also dropped off the b-day email & after several calls to managers never got back on. We bought holiday gift cards last year & they gave us 2 $20 dollar coupons to use but too many stipulations applied (can't use on Saturday, one per table, alcohol doesn't apply, blah blah blah) and unfortunately they expired. Won't go back and definitely won't be buying gift certificates any time soon!

Our server was not great. One person ordered a steak, had to send it back since it was not cooked right, but the new one was tough and not much flavor. Of course, you are a seafood restaurant and our dinner was very good!

Staff was excellent. Lobster bisque had no lobster, still decent. Lobster risotto had no lobster at all, but made up for it in tomatoes. Lobster Mac and cheese was wildly mediocre with trace amounts of lobster. Steak was excellent, tender, cooked perfectly, salmon was overcooked but seasoned very well. Lava cake was very rich but excellent with the hazelnut ice cream. Overall it was good, but not worth the price. There are better places near by that match quality and provide better value.

Yummy

We had a late lunch at the Bristol. As always, it was delicious. Our waitress recommended the mahi mahi with gnocchi and spinach; so yummy! My friend had gumbo and the fish tacos. Everything was gourmet and beautifully presented. We will definitely return.

The service was very good, as normal. However, food for the 1st time since I began dining at Bristol on the Plaza, about 50 years ago, was below par. Salmon was over seasoned and overcooked. Biscuits also overdone. The asparagus was like a wet noodle and the crab cakes under cooked! Made us wonder if there is new management in the kitchen, or elsewhere? As we've been very pleased for so many years, hoping this was a one time aberration, we will give them another chance to hopefully do better.

Everything was great except we each ordered the lemon chicken campanelle and it was sooo salty that it was hard to eat. Cut down on the salty bacon and increase the chicken and you'll have a winner. The sauce was also the consistency of soup (not a cream soup) which was odd since it was so loose. Normally pasta dishes are creamy and not runny. We asked for spoons! I brought 2/3 of mine home and added more pasta and chicken to it plus some vegetables and it was much more palatable.
