This has to be the worst Chipotle. You have your food delivered. It is not what you ordered. You call the store and get an automated person that tells you to go to their website and Chat with Pepper. Well Pepper is also automated. To break it down. I ordered a salad. I did not receive a salad or dressing and no way to contact anyone to resolve. $22 for lunch and it's not what you ordered. Ridiculous!

The gent who took our order was efficient, most pleasant and got our things ready immediately. We will return!Parking: There is plenty of parking at this location; no problem whatsoever.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm using a cane now, post-op, and if I had been using a wheelchair still I would have been in good shape as they are prepared for those who use the wheelchairs.
Not a very good experience. The worker preparing the food wasn't very nice. She had an attitude. I understand that you'll have bad days,but keep it away from work.
The quesadilla was burned black. The queso was placed in the bag sideways with the lid half off. So half of it spilled into the bag.We returned to the restaurant to speak with the manager. Two younger adults that basically blamed the equipment. They could not offer a refund or any properly cooked replacement food. Absolutely horrible experience and service. Chipotle should be embarrassed.

I feel like this is the healthiest option for fast food you
12/26/23 - this location was severely understaffed with only (3) workers on duty. The line was slooowww, food low , & restaurant dirty. I do give high praise to Victoria as she was the ONLY server. She filled every order graciously & in a good portion. The negative stars goes to Katherine who was the cashier. Katherine would ring up a guest & then walk to the back while Victoria filled each order for about 3 mins. She didn’t help in any other capacity until I asked her why wasn’t she helping. she then shoved on gloves and refilled the food by loudly throwing it in the bins & mumbling her disdain. she then proceeded to put the kids on the to go orders. Victoria was previously doing ALL the steps. This did help s little but because Katherine was so not into helping the process was still slow. I waited at least 30 min, 10 people left, & the seated guest all shared their bad experiences with me as i waited. Did i say the salsa was dried out, no veggies, & the place was dirty!! Kudos to Victoria & the chef but Katherine needs firing bc she doesn’t want to help guests or her team mates.

Rude customer service. Treated me like I did something horribly wrong to the staff. Bad attitudes of workers even when I tried to kill with kindness. Restaurant over all is extremely disorganized and everything is half done. None of the juice dispensers were refilled and staff seemed to have plenty of time as they were having social hour together on the line. Really dissapponting. Will not return to this location.

Seriously pissed that their system is complete trash. Tried to get ahold of someone at the store and it was impossible. All I wanted was utensils included with my order since they didn't add them last time... but the system would not let me. Someone needs to be available to answer the damn

It is incredibly frustrating to wait in line for 15 minutes only to be told what you'd like to order can only be ordered online. I'm here, I'm in person and I'm in front of the people making the food and I can't order something? It makes no sense at all.
