Whoever the guys are working the evening/late night shift on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (2023) are all stars. Was doing multiple doordashes from that location and they are always on time and are very caring and professional. I ordered myself a pizza and it was absolutely delicious. GREAT pizza and great service. 10/10.Vegetarian options: Florence pizza is great tasting vegetarian option

Very poor experience here. They told me that they couldn’t find the pizzas which were ordered on the website and had already been charged to my card. I then had to wait while they made it again and it took another twenty minutes while I stood there in the entry. Another individual came in while I was waiting and they had put the wrong pizza in the box. The employees were not impolite. With technology, I feel like errors in a pizza shop should be preventable. I would also expect a courtesy discount for the trouble. I’ll have to buy my next pizza elsewhere unfortunately.

Ordered a deep dish and it is not deep dish pizza. Buyer beware that you should order the thing crust or original but not deep dish. The most dough on pizza I’ve ever had with no sauce, toppings, etc. and majority plain crust. Just don’t order it. Oh, and for about $30, better options elsewhere.

I ordered an hour & a half in advance for a noon delivery. Food was delivered an hour & a half late. I was not notified of this delay, & no one from the store contacted me to see if I still wanted the food or offered a refund. Terrible customer service.

The 14 inch Boursin Supreme was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. This cannot be a limited time offer - please make it permanent!! Great staff, brought my pizza out to the car, pizza was fast, hot and delicious!
Updated Sarpino review: I was contacted by the owner of the 95th Street Sarpino's a few weeks back. He followed up with his staff and discussed how best to handle situations in which pizzas are delivered damaged upon delivery and are prepared incorrectly. He added 8 very generous coupons to my loyalty account and we literally paid nothing for our pizzas this evening. They arrived on time, in pristine condition and were delicious. We will be ordering from them in future and I take back what I said about them not caring. As I am happy to report, they DO care. Thank you Sarpino's.
Edit to add, i emailed you as requested and have not received a response.Just received my order. Pepperoni pizza and my pizza is still warm, but the cheese is hard! Way overcooked. No cheese pull, because it's hard! Waste of money!

I have lost count how many times I've had pizza from here. BUT, everytime it's been great. I know 1st experience was the mystery pizza and it was awesome. Love that idea and have done that a number of time. This time I ordered and was kinda surprised that it took so long for delivery. Pizza wasn't as hot as in the past. I'm wondering if it was a deliveryservice. Delivery services don't have warming bags. If I was notified that is was a delivery service I most likely would've picked up or waited.Still would recommend for sure and I'll be back.

Great flavor and the only place I know that offers free delivery. I love Sarpinos pizza, calzone's and sauce. Try it u won't be disappointed!

It was very good. Sometimes they put too much vegan cheese on the pizza and it makes it soggy. This time there was just a small amount of cheese on it which was perfect for me.
Sarpinos is the best place to order a great salad, fantastic pizza and scrumptious calzones!!
