By far the slowest Starbucks you’ll go to; took me 20 minutes for a bagel and a water, had to ask for the water 3 times; never got it so I just walked out. This places needs a manager to come out and clean up efficiency.

This is a nice Starbucks with pretty landscaping and lots of outdoor seating. Excellent service. Great place to sit, enjoy an iced green tea, latte, or macchiato, and relax.

Quick service and friendly service. Enjoyed sitting outside in the shade with my coffee. Nice location although a little close to 135th Street so you can hear the vehicular traffic. But still recommended.

Having previously worked at this location (many, many years ago) it was disheartening to walk in and be virtually ignored.Sitting there directly in front of baristas for 5+ minutes while they stand around, not bothering to ask if I was waiting for something.Then when I ask if they had “XYZ for C” they appeared quite annoyed and asked to see my app.I get how frustrating this work can be, but at least try to fake the nice demeanor.

Very nice. This was one of the nicest Starbucks I have been in. The cashier was exceptionally helpful and pleasant! The restrooms were older but clean. The store appeared to be well.taken care of, no trash on the floors the tables were clean and ready for the next patron.

Getting a couple of coffees at Starbucks should be a very easy endeavor. It was not this Sunday morning at 11:45am. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru, so I went inside. There were two other customers inside, one of which was only buying a travel mug. Stood in line for four minutes without being acknowledged, then another 3 minutes until someone wandered out of the back to ask if I had been helped. I attempted to order two grande Christmas blend coffees (they had the placard for this coffee on one of their coffee taps, next to Pikes Place and Veranda). I was told all they had was Pikes Place. I inquired as to why the sign for the other blends were still up and was informed they take them down at 11am. After pointing out that it was indeed 11:55am, I ordered two Pikes Place. I waited an additional three minutes for my coffee, noting the stacks of packaged pastries and sandwiches, and several beverages waiting for mobile customers to pick up. (Since Starbucks began taking mobile pick-up orders, they are usually spread quite thin.) However, this experience was just unnecessary. But I will digress and enjoy my coffee.

Used to be good but now run the drive-thru by finishing one order completely before they talk to the next customer so being 4th or 5th in line takes about 15 minutes. Very frustrating and can't be done if you are pressed for time in any way.

Tried the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Machiatto. Loved it.This location handles the drive through very efficiently.If you order the Pumpkin Spice Latte or Frappuccino, makes sure to ask for at least 2/3 of the syrup. The full amount is way too much.I used to work at Stateline location,I do not agree with everything that they stand for, but the coffee is where it's at!If you love all things fall, then this is the place for you, although it's great all year round!
