I leave a review rather bad or good, no matter where I go. I chose this location because it has good ratings. This place gets 2 stars, only because the food was good and was REMADE very quickly; The customer service, not so good. I ordered over the phone and spoke to a trainee, I wanted egg fried rice and broccoli, ( they don’t have egg fried rice). I explained what I wanted, the manger lady got on the phone, confirmed my order and hung up the phone; I didn’t get a price or a wait time. I got there, checked my food, it was wrong ( veggie fried rice, add broccoli) and before I could say “hey this is wrong” The “manger” wanted to ague with me, and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. After she finished talking at me, I calmly said shrimp fried rice, no shrimp add broccoli; trying to simplify things, she corrected me and remade my food.Why the attitude? I don’t know, she was probably having a bad day. *Note to all, kill people with kindness, if they are being rude to you*

Very rarely do I get to make a positive review of Springfield style cashew chicken outside of that area. But Wok & Roll Express has as close to Springfield style as you can get.

Food is still fresh and good. Problem is.., the menu they are using.. the one in front of the register is wrong.. price of items in reality are higher. When I pointed this out, they said the menu is "old". Frustrating reality!

Wontons must have been soaking in broth for a very long time. They were mushy! Other places give 10 wontons in a large to go order they only give 6. And charge $1 each if you want extras.

I loved the miso soup they sent out and was so hopeful... the veggie delight was a mix of frozen carrots and peppers with soggy mushrooms swimming in a pre-made sauce that was so salty I could barely eat it. There is an option to sub rice for low mein for $1, but the rice would have been better given the amount of salty sauce on the plate.Also, EVERYTHING was served in Styrofoam and plastic even though I was eating there. Even the miso was served in a plastic to-go cup... All cutlery was plastic... it felt so wasteful and disappointing.Vegetarian options: Without the high fat content of fried breaded meats, the sauces need to be used with more restraint. Pre made salt intensive sauces are not needed in good vegetarian Chinese... over all, I was disappointed and would not order again

The anticipation for sushi turned into frustration as the wait stretched longer than expected. Despite the promised freshness, the extended delay dampened the dining experience. Patience wore thin as minutes turned into what felt like an eternity. While the eventual arrival of the sushi brought relief, the prolonged wait overshadowed the enjoyment of the meal. The culinary delights couldn't fully compensate for the time lost, leaving a lingering sense of disappointment that marred an otherwise potentially delightful dining experience.
Good, solid Chinese restaurant that we can always depend on when craving Mongolian beef. They have great hot and sour soup too.

The food is really good, particularly at lunch. In the evening it's a bit of a gamble. I've had a good meal one time, super dry chicken the next time, and an unbearably spicy (that wasn't supposed to be spicy) meal the next time.

The food was far from good. I ordered egg drop soup that tasted of chemicals and the crab Rangoon is already getting to my stomach, plus of course the few bites of soup I took. Not very good. I don't recommend.
