I've always had a good experience going to Callahans, but the last 2 times getting pizza to go was actually pretty bad. I love their pizza but someone has really dropped the ball the last couple times. I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA sauce. This was dry as a bone and hardly any cheese at all. I paid $15 for this pizza and could have gotten something better at the grocery store. I was just very disappointed.

Callahan's is a great place to watch Husker's football or any sporting event. Plenty of televisions and seating. Atmosphere is family oriented, but have not seen any young children during Saturday football. Food has always been very good (especially the salads) - fresh and tasty. Service has been great and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I found the place to be excellent. Good food, good atmosphere and quality service. I ordered a Reuben Sandwich and Onion Rings with a Lemonade. While alcohol is on the menu and this a bar and grill, I can't drink. Recent transplant. But the place is the best. I will return. Onion Rings were exceptionally great.

I met a friend here for lunch. Since the weather was nice we sat outside on the patio. The service was as good as ever. I had a chicken caesar salad & it was very good. My friend had the fish taco & liked it. The menu is a limited menu now, because of COVID, & prices are either higher or with less food. I was surprised by how few people were in the restaurant. We need to support all of our local restaurants, especially now during the pandemic.
