Been here a few times great service and usually good food. But today the fries were stale and hollow like they’ve been over fried and sitting out too long.

So annoyed. I am sick, so I ordered the meal for mobile pickup for my husband to pick up. But no one is manning the mobile lane, so he just sat there for god knows how long waiting. He scanned the QR code like they told him to, and it brought up the wrong site because the order was placed on my phone. Why, in 2024… Does Chick-fil-A spend money and time altering their system, the store was shut for weeks, and now they open up and they are no longer capable of processing orders unless the person who placed the order is the one picking it up? Every pick up place allows for someone else to pick up their food… even at target or even Walgreens lets my husband pick up medicine. But Chick-fila can't?! So dumb. I had to call them and their response was -- get this --- to have him leave the kids in the car and go inside?! DO NOT USE MOBILE THRU LANE at this location at least -- it was their attempt to save money and instead it's wasted OUR time. Plus scanning the sign's QR code didn't work. Thumbs down to Chick-fil-A, it has not been a pleasure. They should never have tried to fix what wasn't broken.

New drive through system is not acceptable; it is slow and a security hazard. 1. constant line blockages as each line services (delivers food to) 2 cars at a time. 2. if paying by credit card people are handing their cards to staff who then have to walk the card into the restaurant OUT OF VIEW to process the payment, and then walk it back to the line. 3. if paying by mobile the system is apparently having issues to the point customers are handing THEIR PHONES to staff who then walk their phones into the restaurant OUT OF VIEW to process the order and then walk it back to the outer line. No thank you. Next time I will go to a differnt location without this mess of a drive-through or make my order inside the store.Parking: This isn't new but the drive through exit is THROUGH the parking lot which creates blockages for incoming/outgoing.

They FILL the fries!!!! Seems like nowhere does that anymore. This Chick-Fil-A has never let us down. It’s “my pleasure” to keep eating here and giving y’all my money. Haha. Keep up the great work.
Store on 87th and 435 Lenexa ks has 2 drive through lanes but now have changed one which says mobile thru the other says drive thru, they wouldn't take my order until I got thru the lane I was in (mobile) and come back in drive lane. 2 people standing there, I ask a young supervisor about this taking 10 minutes to get thru before I could even get in right lane, just said sorry. So, seniors beware if you don't order using online apps. Anyways I did Not circle back around and you Have lost me as a customer. But lm sure since Truett Cathy passed, you no longer really care. So sad.
