After going to another Chipotle and being sick for a week after finding something foreign in my food, I decided to give the company one last chance by visiting a different location and Y'ALL BLEW IT!They knocked half the rice off the spoon, gave me old dry steak, and threw back my barbacoa. Then the woman was rushing for the nonexistent people behind me she barely let me tell her what I wanted. I guess my face said what I was thinking and I just gave up. So I paid $10.35 for a tomato and sour cream bowl with undercooked fajita veggies but there was supposed to be some meat somewhere in this. And stale chips. Prices went up, service and quality went WAY down.

My husband and I usually go to this chipotle 2 or 3 times a week, but last night they served us less food than normal, less rice less beans less meat, however today we went at noon and they served us the normal amount, The situation changes depending on the shift, because it is not the first time it happens to us.

Service was okay but the food was so sloppy. My boyfriend & I both ordered burritos & the lady rolling them didn’t double wrap or roll them correctly making it the messiest chipotle burrito getting absolutely everywhere. I’m upset because it’s not like I can get a refund because nothing was wrong with the food.

Maybe under new management. I saw no smiling faces. Very sloppy food and service unlike usual. Sloppy food means almost a half inch of black bean water in the bottom of my bowl with almost a cup of chopped tomatoes on top of that before I could say "just a little." Sour cream was watered down to heavy cream consistency. Definitely fast and generous sizes but the food and service have changed but not for the better.
