Walked in today and the trash cans were overflowing, tables were ALL dirty and then walked to the order area and saw the steam table. The pans/bins of food looked dried out, not one of the pans had been recently stirred or turned over. Sadly, the first impression of the dining area was a disaster, and the walking up to and seeing the condition the food was in prompted me to turn around and leave! The lady that greeted us was cheerfully and pleasant.

Every single table, counter top and floor was disgusting. Sticky messes and corn was all over the store. The trash bins were overflowing with trash. I was astounded. I’ve never seen such a dirty Chipotle’s.

Inconsistent at this location. The food itself is fine in terms of taste, but execution is poor. I always get poorly wrapped burritos, this time it was basically unwrapped. Also very rushed by the folks on the line.Parking: Very compact, difficult with it attached to the Starbucks drive thru

I came to restaurant at 10.20 and they said we closed . I like , guys it’s 10 more min . Then they said we run out food . Only rice and salsa , I asked rice and salsa and they said we don’t have anymore rice .This is stupid , if you said you work till 10.30 you should have food till this time and stop lying. Worse people

This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to in my life. The portioning is awful, you have to get double everything just to have a chance at getting a normal amount of food. Not to mention the staff is not very helpful and a select few are even rude. If you live in the area I promise you're better off just driving an extra 10 minutes to a different location.

I don’t come to this location often, and every time I do either the service is bad, the food tastes old or the menu if half unavailable. I came in tonight for something quick in a pinch and another customer in front of me had come in to return his food as well. I got chips with my meal and they were very stale and old tasting. When I went back in to get an exchange all the employees were huddled on one side talking about the previous customer and when I came in they all looked at me seemingly with annoyance and one of the male employees basically threw the chips on the table at me with out making any further eye contact, body language screaming annoyance and walked off without a word. Extremely unprofessional. This location really needs to do betters worst experience yet, and sounds like I’m not the only one that has issues at this location.

The workers kicked me and my partner out at 9:30 pm after ordering dine in. the restaurant closes at 10:30! The workers all agreed with each other that I cannot sit in their lobby because they close the lobby at 9:15. I paid, grabbed my bag and left disappointEd. They did not want to be there working. Guavis went on. I heard two of them m in Spanish, making fun of a lady picking up an order because she was waiting on her food that has not been made. The place was not busy at all. Terrible experience.

Wow! What a horrendous experience. This location is consistently bad. From the lack of freshness of the food to the incompetence of the staff, I am sick of getting burned every time I go here hoping it will have gotten better. NEWSFLASH! This chipotle has been terrible since they first opened a couple years ago. Their workers destroyed my burrito with their lack of folding skills. She only filled my guacamole half full. When I asked her to put more in it, she globbed another spoonful and it spilled out over the sides to the point the cashier couldn't get it closed. After fingering my food without gloves on he got it on and guacamole was all over the sides. This is absolutely ridiculous. Chipotle.. DO BETTR!!!

I was at the restaurant in 87th in lenexa to pick up and the resist worker there who asked me to wait left me to help another person after I had waited for up to 10 minutes. I had to unassigned the order I went to pick.

Online order was nearly 30 minutes late. Rice portions were much smaller than normal. Corn in one bowl that should've only had the tomato salsa. Bag of chips looked like it had been sitting in oil, totally soaked on the bottom. Had to ask for the drinks, not in the bag. Guac portion was smaller than normal, container was maybe half full.And my son just informed me he found what looked like a fingernail clipping in his bowl.This location has always been slow, and makes more mistakes than others, but this was truly awful. It is near my home, but I'm going to drive to another location the next time my kids want Chipotle. It'll be faster anyway since the food will be ready on time and actually be made correctly. You need to fix this location.

The rice was really salty. I asked to get diferente rice. The person did not want to with a very bad attitude. Stating that is how they cook it here. I asked to talk to management and they said no manager was on

I’m done with this chipotle. I’d give it zero stars if I could. I’ve eaten at 8-10 chipotles in the KC metro area and this is far and away the worst. Consistently. Please train your employees. Every time I have eaten here - it sucks. Always a problem. Whether it’s the employees not caring, slow service when it’s not busy, or the worst in my opinion, lack of training. Shut this one down or get regional in and PLEASE train your people.
