Compared the other well-known cookie chains, this one clocks in as very average in my opinion. We were definitely happy with the purchase, but it felt more like a one time thing. What you get for the price you pay does not quite add up. The cookies are less doughy than the other famous chain you're probably thinking about right now, which can be great if that's what you're into, but the flavors are certainly much less exotic.

This place is heaven! It quickly turned in to my favorite cookie that I constantly crave. It’s made with real butter and sugar and real eggs. The staff is always friendly. The place is always clean. my first time trying out cookie co and I’m disappointed ordered 2 lucky charms cookies which comes with Marshmallows and the letters as displayed ordered for both of my daughters . Got home only to find out that there were no marshmallows on the cookies. If something is displayed with everything on it that’s how the cookie should have been. The guy that gave us the cookies knew this and didn’t say anything. Called up the place some lady answered and I asked her so is there not any marshmallows left for the lucky charms cookies she replied “no we don’t have any” well you should tell people that instead of just throwing the cookies that was not the same as shown online or when you walk inside at the counter. And I’m paying $15 for 4 cookies! My daughters were sad. And I will not be going to this location ever again.

Cookie was good but an hour after eating it my stomach was upset and I felt very ill. This happened two days back to back. Don’t know if they weren’t done or what. I wasted $18 dollars.

The staff were very friendly and we're patient when we were trying to decide on the cookies. Could definitely tell that the cookies were made from real ingredients and we're super soft and delicious ?

Had to try the new rave since Crumbl.... Similar cookie concept as their no basic cookie but cake cookies! Got a six pack to try there staple chocolate chip and sugar cookie and weekly specialty ones. Chewy with lots of chips and the PB with Reese pieces was all that!

Brace yourself for a sugar rush! These cookies were super sweet and delicious. The flavors change regularly so I got a 6 pack of the recent options: chocolate chip, frosted sugar cookie (which has almond flavoring...yum!), monster, French toast, chocolate cake, and peanut butter with Reese's pieces. The French toast was my favorite with maple syrup and brown sugar crumbles on top. Enjoy a delicious cookie or 6!
