Ordered at the kiosk as I've done in the past and just waited in front of the kiosk on the wall for the text to say my order was ready. Some time passes and the staff are asking others if they were here to pickup but no one asked me anything. I continue to wait but I see a bag sitting but didn't bother to ask if it was my order because I have not moved since I've ordered and no One has addressed me like they did the other guest and I haven't received a text message.Message comes 15min after order was placed which is fine but when I go to get my food and the guy ask what my name is and grabs the bag that appears to be the same bag that's been sitting for awhile (keep in mind burger and fries 10min sitting is equivalent to 30min due to how quickly it gets cold). I ask has that bag been sitting awhile he says no it just came up, I reluctantly believe him because I was looking at my phone for a min so just maybe It could have been a different bag. Get to the car and everything is warm but closer to room temp. I'm instantly annoyed because either you served me old food or you lied and the bag has been sitting in my face the entire time while you looked in my face and didn't bother to say what's the name on the order just to check and make sure my order wasn't ready and you forgot to send my text message. Things happen but service is crucial if you want repeat customers. $15 in the trash because cold food sucks, let's do better.I am editing my review due to the response from ownership. I'm not sure how I ended up with lukewarm food since when I ordered I never left the ordering space, I could see every fresh burger prepared right in front of me however my order didn't reflect what was in my bag and I didn't have the time to get it remade due to picking up my son. However I will admit I was extra excited to get my burger due to it being the only thing I can eat in Lenexa due to limited vegan choices. I didn't think anyone would care about my small disappointment and the fact that a response was made from management made my day. So I revise my review because it's not the end of the world and I have always had great food when I do come to Cosmo. Thank you for response it was really appreciated. I will be back☺️

Hands down the worst burger. Way way way to messy, greasy!! Bacon was fatty, patty was way overdone!! We were looking forward to eating here. One size drink! Just nasty burger. Tots were the best part of the meal. We both through the burger away. Will not be back.

Tried Cosmo Burger last night and it was DELICIOUS. The perfect amount of onion and burger sauce. I tried the double and it was very filling. I'd probably do the single next time because I want to save room for their delicious tator tots. They're more pricey than a fast food joint but ahout on par with a sit down restaurant. We got 2 doubles and a side of tots [one side was plenty for us to split] for 24 bucks. 10/10 recommend.

Go- go now and get yourself a DELICIOUS burger!!!! I visited this little gem with my baby sis while visiting town. The burger was flavorful, juicy, & fresh! I’m craving another one just thinking about it- yum!! We were there during an off hour so the atmosphere was quiet and a lot of the other places were closed at the time. I did not regret these calories AT ALL!!! Can’t wait to go back!

However, a short walk from a nearby parking spot led us to the marketplace, where we discovered the hidden treasure that is Cosmo Burgers.The menu, featuring simple yet delicious burgers and tots, left us saying, "OH MY GOD." The quality of the food was exceptional, and the experience was heightened by the incredible service we received at the bar. Despite the cold temperatures and low traffic, our server exhibited a high level of knowledge about the menu and drink offerings.Cosmo Burgers isn't just about the food; it's a fantastic place for families with diverse culinary interests to come together in the food court area finding a variety of food interest and have a great time. I can only imagine the magic of this place in the summer, with warm weather, free music, and a lively atmosphere. If you're a fan of a good cheeseburger, Cosmo Burgers is a must-try. Fantastic smash burger if you ask me! The menu was small but simple and I loved that. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because it could be a little cheaper. If you want to add anything to your burger you're talking at least a $2 up charge for something like bacon or green chilies. The homemade sauce was stellar, I ended up having to go buy an extra sauce for .75 cents because I am a saucy girl. The wait was about 15 minutes but we grabbed a beer at the bar while we waited. Overall the taste was there for me but the price wasn't.

We love going to Cosmo Burger! The burgers are so juicy and flavorful. And the tots are a perfect side. It all comes together with a delicious burger sauce that is well balanced, tangy sweet and creamy. Everyone that works there is also very nice and helpful. We appreciate you guys!

The burgers here are delicious! The sauce they use is so flavorful. We love the original Cosmo and this place is just as good. You order on a tablet and a few minutes later you get a text when your order is ready. The vibe at the Lenexa market is very casual. We come midweek and sometimes you'll see a balloon artist and sometimes they have story time.

Great burgers! I was a little bit disappointed that they had no onion rings or fries. However, the tater tots are great & you get a generous portion. A double-bacon cheeseburger with tots and a craft beer were all I could eat.
