If you want donuts, you’re better off going up the road to QT or taking that trip to Krispy Kreme. We have been to this location countless times, HOURSSS before closing and they only have 1-2 types of donuts made. It’s as if they make donuts in the morning and whatever doesn’t sell then, that is what’s left. Being names Dunkin DONUT but running out of donuts 5-6 hours before closing and refusing to make more is insane.

This restaurant is barely functional, ridden with pests, rude employees in front, and managed by the most dysfunctional person I have ever seen. OSHA will be visiting soon to inspect and (I foresee,) severely punish for pests and employee rights violations. Also, the manager has an identity theft charge, so beware of using cards at this establishment.

What more is there to say than it is a Dunkin. Food is OK. Service is OK. I do find it really annoying when they are out of items early in the day. I'm sure I'll visit some day just due to

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru there were 4 girls inside and 2 customers. This is ridiculous, then asked for my receipt to make sure I send this up and ofcourse the printer isnt working. Horrible no sense of urgency whatsoever. Do not come here after 9am the workers are lazy.

Where to start...1) how does a donut shop only allow you to get six donuts without 24 hour notice??? it's a donut shop. 2) the speed...I don't care how good your coffee is if your service moves at a turtle pace and there is no way to get out of the awful drive through line. No more DD for me.

Literally how does a donut place never have donuts? Every time my family goes they always say there are sold out of everything.

Man, this place has really gone downhill. Drive-through service takes forever to get minimal sized orders done. The employees move extremely slow. On top of that, the time that I went today the girl kept walking away and shutting the window for no apparent reason. Not to mention they did not greet me at the window for over five minutes so that I could pay. They were not busy at all and I was the only person in the drive-thru so this seemed a little ridiculous. Whoever runs this location needs to seriously reevaluate the people that they’re hiring and the service they’re providing.
The coffee at Dunkin is my husband's current favorite. We don't tend to eat much here. I like the blueberry donuts, and grabbing a container of munckins for convenience while working.Driving through, the order is wrong most of the time, even when I am super diligent about speaking slowly and clearly. My husband was about to compliment me on my clarity, until he discovered that the order was incorrect again, which I knew based on the price being different from the usual amount.Dining in, it's very loud, and obvious why the drive-through person misses a word here and there due to coffee grinding or other shop sounds.Due to inside sounds and music it was difficult to stay focused on a conversation.Due to the drive-through order difficulty, we went inside again on another morning. This time, we discovered that their espresso machine was down for maintenance. I asked if that was an ordinary Wednesday morning situation and was told it was. I'm not sure if that was true or not, since we saw a maintenance person arrive later to the barista's great relief.

My mom and I came for the Veterans day donut deal. A gentleman with curly hair and glasses was very helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

no stars if I could. every order is always slightly wrong. that's fine, I don't drink DD enough to really care plus working in costumer service can I be hectic. I understand. but literally how do you give someone the completely wrong drink when the label is on the cup? this goes beyond missing syrup or wrong milk alternative. I was 1 of 2 people in the drive thru. I just don't understand.
